“I had been looking for a new pest control company after feeling disappointed with my previous experience, and it turned out to be perfect timing when Matt from Impact Pest Control came by yesterday to introduce their services. I decided to give this locally owned company a try, and I’m so glad I did. Matt returned today to perform the service himself, and he was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, pleasant, detail oriented, and took the time to make sure everything was done thoroughly. He was also incredibly accommodating with my schedule, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely values customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend Impact Pest Control! From the first interaction, I felt confident that they truly care about their customers and take pride in the quality of their work. Matt answered all of my questions patiently and explained the treatment process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the visit. “I had a great experience with Impact Pest Control! Although this was my first time using the company, I am already very pleased with the quality of their work—from the initial setup with Kurt, who was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful, to the actual service provided by Chris. Kurt took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I understood what to expect. That level of communication really stood out to me. Chris was equally kind, patient, and respectful of both me and my property. I especially appreciated his attention to detail because I had a less-than-great experience with my previous pest control company. Chris went above and beyond, explaining everything he was doing and answering my questions without ever making me feel like I was being a bother. He even welcomed me walking around with him while he worked, which I really appreciated. I will absolutely recommend Impact Pest Control. Both Chris and Kurt are men of their word, and that speaks volumes to me. They made me feel heard, took my concerns seriously, and did exactly what was requested. Thank you, Chris and Kurt, for being the men that you are and for providing such great service. I will defin”

“Chris did a great job on our initial service visit. He walked the property and explained what he will be treating. We had quite a few spider sacs and webs on our soffits and overhangs. He did an outstanding job knocking down as many as possible. I hope to keep the positive reviews coming with the monthly treatments.”
