“Do NOT let them seal your home- especially your dryer vent. They did not seal my dryer vent properly now resulting in a costly replacement. They did not follow the proper codes to seal my dryer vent and it's now a fire hazard.”

“Very friendly sales person who did the evaluation. $1,700 to put metal sheets into the soffit areas where birds kept trying to build nests. We were told they will give you higher bids depending on what neighborhood you live in. They were substantially more expensive than other bids we received. The only company that came close to their quoted price also included rodent mesh on roof turbines, placing rodent barriers on the sewer stacks, barriers on vents & fixing caulking areas. We ended up going with that company. Response to owner: Clearly cost was not the issue, as we went with the other company that was not even $50 less than Trutech. You lost the bid because your company was trying to significantly overcharge for services.”

“Great company to do business with. Had a problem with squirrels getting in the attic. But these professionals were able locate the nest and close entry points. Also they were able to spray reptile repellent and greatly diminish the geckos that were taking over the backyard. Everyone is very helpful and eager to do a great job. Customer service is excellent. “I was disappointed in the cost $541 and no guarantee in solving the problem. Did not appear they had the correct traps to deal with a Skunk. Placed two box traps wrapped in garbage bags. They only tried to catch the animal for 7 days but did not work on the weekends so there was no trap set Friday through Sunday. The traps were never moved or the bait changed. Their service my be good for other things but I would not recommend them for this particular animal.”
