What Customers Say

“If I could give this company service zero stars I would. There was the service member scheduled to come to my house for a raccoon removal. Not only was he completely rude and insulting on the phone, it was confirmed by another customer that has used their services that there is a history of charging way more than necessary and screwing over the clients. I called another company that was able to come sooner and was incredibly nice, when speaking with the service member again to let him know if they cannot fix it, I will call him and wait for him to come, he was angry and cursed me for using another group. Will never recommend this company.”

“I have had Wildlife X successfully perform work at my residential facility to remove a large size bee hive in it's entirety, and make my dwelling safe from any further infestation. Jason Livingston was the Representative for the Keller/Fort Worth office who I had the privilege of having this work done with. He was very knowledgeable and savvy with the honey bee infestation that could develop overnight. He handled everything superbly and professionally🙂”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service by Wildlife X Team – Thank You, Sean! Sean came to our home for a free inspection, and from the very start, he demonstrated professionalism and integrity. He patiently walked around the property with me, pointing out potential concerns and explaining everything clearly and in detail. We also inspected the attic together, and thankfully, he found no active issues. What truly impressed me was his honesty — there was no pressure, no upselling, just straightforward information and practical advice. Despite spending his Saturday morning carefully checking every area, he never tried to push unnecessary services. In the end, we didn’t need any work done, but we were left with valuable recommendations and a strong sense of trust. It’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and takes pride in helping people. Thank you, Sean, for your time, your professionalism, and your honesty. Wildlife X Team is lucky to have you — and you’ve earned our confidence for any future needs.”

“Tim removed raccoons from our attic and did excellent repair work.”

“Over-charged for cheap traps that were ineffective. Wouldn’t put traps where I heard noises because it was too much trouble! Waste of money. Cannot recommend.”

“Amazing company, educated people, and can assist clients with multiple things in or around their home or business.”

“I would provide a negative star if possible. I am glad some of the customers found this service worthwhile. I am with those who believe this is a scam (at best). They quoted $20k (yes, that's correct, twenty thousand) for 'work needed' to rid the attic of critters. A walk around the house the next day by my husband revealed an air vent in the eaves that had been pried open by some small critter. We replaced the vent and saved - oh, about $19,997.28. Unconscionable. I have not written any reviews before, but felt compelled to let other homeowners know.”

“Jason helped remove squirrels from our attic and repaired the entry points so they cannot return.”

“So we had a problem that was way more drastic than I ever realized. Did you remember that scene from "Ratatouille" where the old lady is firing her shotgun in the house, hits a light, and the entire ceiling crashes down and thousand rats just look at her? That's what was happening in MY ATTIC. And guess what eats rats? Possums, racoons, snakes, etc! All that, in my attic! The Wildlife X Team worked two days straight, for 12 hours a day, in 105 degree heat, to get it back to how it should be. Removal of ALL the old, feces-soaked insulation, disinfected, all new insulation blown in to code depth, repair of ALL soffit and facia around my whole house (holes everywhere). Then they painted it, and not only that, painted my entire front entryway AND my garage door to make sure it all matched. It was expensive, no f**king doubt. But to solve the smell that was developing, the poor air quality, and the rotting facia and soffit around my house, it was worth it. Bryan Keller, TX”

“Had Critters in the attic. they repaired everything correctly. they plugged expansion holes, fixed areas where critters chewed their way in. treated my attic. put traps in and removed them. painted and even cleaned an area for me. I'm happy”

“It was not a cheap($) solution, but much cheaper than another estimate I got from a company. I called around for help, but many turned down my request, and a few ignored one me (calls never returned, and no show up.) A home restoration and a bug control businesses referred me to Wildlife X Team at the end. They sent someone to estimate on the same day I called. The very next day, I had the service. The problem seems FIXED so far (a few days later.) I hope this is it. If I don't update my review, I'm a happy customer. At least, give them a call and get an estimate if you can't fix it yourself. (If you have workshop and power tools and know how to do things yourself, could you fix the problem I that I had? Maybe, but I could not fix it myself.)”

“We had birds setting up house in the bathroom vents. Don and his crew assessed the situation and quickly, professionally, and successfully took care of the problem. We were particularly impressed at the speed in which this service was accomplished. Yes, the price was more than we had expected, but it was definitely within the value of the service Don and crew provided. Friendly, courteous, proficient and professional...a five-star combination! Thanks Wildlife X Team!”

“I hired Wildlife X Team and am very glad I did. I paid for a rat exclusion last year by another company who came out and said they plugged all the holes up and when I called them about being concerned that there was an issue, they did next to nothing to fix it. Over the winter I trapped a rat in my attic. I went and found a hole that the other company missed and plugged it myself. But still I felt something was still getting in. I put up traps but was unable to catch anything. The bait was gone, but no rat. I started googling companies and had a couple come out. What set Jerry and Wildlife X apart from the other companies is that Jerry went up into the attic and spent quite a deal of time up there investigating, taking pictures and analyzing what he saw, he also did a thorough search of the perimeter of the home and roof looking for entry points. The other companies, went up about 5 minute and then did a quick walk around the home. Jerry gave me a couple options with different price ranges and a detailed list of all the services that would be performed. His pricing was competitive with the other companies and I felt he was the right person for the job. He had his crew o”

“I utilized Wildlife X Team’s services for the removal of squirrels that made my attic and wall spaces their new home. The service tech Briston was awesome to work with and he ensured that all of my questions were answered. Although the cost of their service was pretty pricey, financing was made available to help manage the expense. If you’re in the need of having pests or rodents removed from your property in a humane way, Wildlife X Team is the company to partner with.”

“I just wanted to update everyone about my previous review from my experience with this company. I did not follow through with using this company due to their poor communication and lack of reliability. I am so glad I did not use them and I ended up using someone else! I am saving a significant amount of money. I paid another company $80 to come out 1day after we called and now our rat problem in the attic is resolved! Wildlife X Team originally quoted me $1700-$1800 ( this is including sealing holes where they got in) which we have not fixed yet but my husbands company will do it and said it will take thirty minutes and it’s very minor work that is needed. We just bought this house a few months before we started having issues with rats in the attic. It’s the initial roof so there’s some lazy spots missed from the initial build. This company was suppose to come service our house and never came the day I was scheduled. They kept delaying it when they told me they marked off the day for us. My husband and I waited all day and they didn’t show up because we wanted another quote for the service without the repairs to the roof where the rats are entering. I believe they completely disre”

“I had a negative experience with this company. I hired them to seal my house in the spring of 2019 to ensure that rats or other animals couldn't get into the house. I made the decision to use them, largely because their salesperson offered a lifetime warranty. However, once I hired them, they were largely unresponsive through the process, and they took an additional two weeks to collect their one-way trap and to finish painting the trim of my house. Then, in the summer of 2020, I discovered a rat in the attic. When I asked them to exterminate the rat(s) and re-seal the house, they said that they were under new management and wouldn't honor the lifetime warranty. I was left to deal with the rat(s) on my own.”

Rob Doyle

“Osman helped remove rats and cleaned the attic thoroughly.”

“I had a problem with rats and squirrels in the attic - discovered that both rodents had chewed through the cheap composite siding of this Mercedes (builder) home. Sales was aggressive, but helpful, and at the end of the day what they recommended was what was needed. However, for ~$2200 to install two one way trap doors for a week, then replace with flashing to 4 areas, caulk, and paint that I provided seemed pretty darned expensive. In retrospect, I wish I could tolerate being on a 20-35' ladder as I might have been able to do this myself for cheaper. In short, I paid for convenience and advice, and in lieu of a cheaper solution, it was worth it. However, the attic spray sanitizer I think was an unnecessary expense as they didn't spray the attic corners where the squirrels had nested, so pass on that. So I'm satisfied, but $2200 seems pricey...”

“Came to my home on time as promised. The bid for replacement of a garage door jam vinyl cover and a window shield was more than fair. Wildlife Team returned on the day as promised and did the installation. The installation was as neat as the original house trim. The installer was in a clean uniform and extremely polite. His workmanship was very professional. The finished price was the same as the bid. I highly recommend Wildlife Team for the complicated / small house repairs. (The large remodeling companies wouldn't do my small repair as the job was very small and not worth their time).”
