“So I had a rat problem in my attic. I called Terminix and they were able to come the next day and do insulation, sanitize and put traps down for the problem. I was charged a lot of money for this service (fine I get that) but once the service was done I was supposed to have the exclusion team come back to make sure there are no more rats. The team came back a couple of times and I was informed that the total exclusion on my home was not finished and that there were still droppings in my attic. After 2 times of coming they have not come back. This was 2 weeks ago. I keep asking for a managers number but no one will call me back or give it to me. I now know why they came and did the service so quick because they didn’t want me going with another company and locked me into it. Once my contract is up I WILL NOT be using them again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.”
