“Very quick to get a quote and have someone come out the next day! Juan was our tech and messaged us the morning of to give an ETA (this is much appreciated for people who work and need to coordinate around meetings). Juan was friendly, respectful, and informative of the service. He took the time to walk with me around the house so I could show him problem areas. Highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future!”

It was very windy so she recommended that she not do the fogging service today but postpone it to another, calmer weather day. She was going to do a treatment on the mosquito nests. “I've had better at home services for a couple of years and at 2 properties. I have always had a good experience with them. Finally getting around to leaving a review though it's well deserved. I've had German roaches at both properties and it's always a little embarrassing to admit /ask for help but Barrett is always kind and understanding and never judgmental. Needed help with quite a few things for a customer service call today and Alyssa was wonderful. Very kind and friendly and efficient.”

“Scheduled a pre-purchase inspection for a home I'm under contract for. The other parties that were able to unlock the door ran about 20 minutes late. Tech was angry that other people got caught in traffic. He was rude and short tempered. I chose not to reschedule with them based on his conduct. They then charged the full $100 to my card. I did not receive any services and wouldn't recommend using them if you're already under stress trying to coordinate multiple parties.”
