“I've used Aptive happily for five years. Last month I had my debit card number changed and my account with Aptive went delinquent. They immediately sold the outstanding payment to a debt collection firm. I've never received so much as a phone call from Aptive. Despite that, they continued to send personel and bill me for more services. Absolute clown fiesta.”

“SCAM. Beware of this company. They came soliciting in our neighborhood and now are trying to charge me to cancel a service we never signed up for. They offered us a 1 TIME $50 offer to trial their service as 2 of our neighbors had also been offered. After discussing that we currently had a pest control service and I would need to check on that contract, I agreed to the 1-time trial. Fast forward a month, I get a message we are scheduled for our regular service. When I called twice (after being cut off on 1st call), I am told I signed for a service contract. I did not sign a service contract. I signed for a 1-time payment of $50 on a small handheld device (lesson learned for me!!). I am now told I have to pay a $199 cancellation! The person who came to our house no longer works for them and another employee has apologized for what appears to be an ongoing issue with Aptive to solicit customers and then charge cancellation fees. THIS IS A SCAM. Please be careful”

“Agents that do the scheduling over text can be very frustrating 😕 The technicians that come out to spray are great. In 2 years there was only 1 who wasn't so good. I've learned, if you want your scheduling done correctly call their 1800 number. I would recommend to friends and family. I also pay extra for the cleaning of my eaves and exterior windows. Overall, a good choice for quarterly pest control services.”

Aprive's lack of transparency and disregard for customer consent raises concerns.”
