“I am a penny-pincher do-it-yourselfer and I lost power to part of my house, I tried to troubleshoot it myself but decided I was outmatched. I called T.D. Stevens and Tyrell came out New Years Eve and quickly found out the problem. Turns out that one line from my transformer was damaged (confirmed by CenterPoint). Not only did he run a new line, but he offered to update my breaker box and run power out to my shed. All of which was something I have been wanting to do for a while and he gave me a price I couldn't pass up. Tyrell stayed long after his part of the job was done to wait for CenterPoint to connect power. Trevelle started early each day and worked hard until the job was done. The pictures show the excellent quality of their work, even better than I was hoping for. I definitely feel that I got everything I payed for and more.”
