“10/10 Mark showed up very quickly and with nothing but solutions to my problems. He helped me identify what my actual problem was and more importantly how it started. He walked me through step by step on what to expect from him and his and things I needed to do on my end to make sure we got rid of my rodent problem. DO NOT waste your time and money on regular pest control companies for a rodent problems. “We recently had a raccoon in the attic who made a hole in our bathroom ceiling. I called Mark, who was very knowledgeable, and who was able to come the next morning, along with Michael. I didn't like the idea of trapping the raccoon, and was very happy that they were able to install a one-way exit where the animal gained egress. They were professional, polite, and patiently answered all of our questions. They also responded quickly to all of our texts. I have had to hire many business to help with house issues over the years, and have never worked with a company that I can wholeheartedly recommend until now. They were wonderful. “Oh my goodness! Wildlife Pro is a fabulous company! I had a dead opossum under our house, and another company came and looked around for 5 minutes and said they couldn’t help. (More like, had no desire to help,) Mark with Wildlife Pro came over and was perfectly willing to craw under our house and investigate the problem, and ended up being able to reach it and get it out! He was so nice, and easy to work with, and saved our sanity. He is planning to come back when baby squirrels should be out of the nest, to remove a nest and close up the entrance they have made up under the eave of our roof. He set traps and set up a plan to catch as many as there were. He then sent Michael out who sealed the outside of my house. Both did an excellent job! Thankfully they were able to use 40ft ladders to complete the job (versus using a lift which would’ve been very expensive). “Mark and Mike were excellent to work with. I called them after seeing increases in rodent activity around the exterior of the house, attic, and garage, and various attempts at catch and release. I called on a Sunday, and Mark was able to come out that following Tuesday. He was very thorough in his inspection, and his recommendations for control and treatment seemed very fair and honest; he won't recommend anything that you don't need, and he'll educate you on what you can do as a homeowner moving forward as well. I really appreciated all of this as it was our first time dealing with anything like this. After setting up the control plan, Mike was out later that week to get started. “Great service. 10/10 recommend. We had a bird stuck in our vent fan exhaust above our stove. Mark came out and inspected our house then proceeded to remove the bird, seal the exhaust back up and installed a screen on the outside vents to prevent another bird from entering.
