“Cory Minton is the best thing to ever happen to RENTOKIL. About two years ago, I moved into a condo and started an ongoing construction project that apparently opened a VIP entrance for every creepy crawly in the area. You can imagine that as a person fully convinced every bug is moments away from causing catastrophic destruction, this situation was less than ideal. From the second Cory arrived, he was incredibly patient, professional and thorough. He walked through the entire unit, immediately identified the issue, explained the treatment plan clearly, and calmly talked me down during multiple bug-induced spirals. He even attempted to reassure me by explaining that some of the critters were “harmless.” I absolutely did not believe him, but he delivered the information with such confidence that I trust he believes it, and that’s enough for me. What really stood out was how kind and respectful he was throughout the process. He never made me feel ridiculous for my irrational fear of bugs.
