J-Zap Pest Control

J-Zap Pest Control runs pest control work out of Justin, Texas. Jose handles the jobs, treating homes for spiders, ants, wasps, fleas, ticks, bed bugs, and German cockroaches. He also sets up baits, cleans nests, and handles rodents or fire ants when they show up. Reviews note he works on both inside and outside areas and sends photos plus reports once the treatment finishes.

Customers describe Jose arriving on schedule and taking time to check every spot without rushing. He explains the products, points out problem areas like wasp nests or spider webs, and follows up with pictures of what he treated. Several mention he returns for extra visits if bugs come back before the next round, and he adjusts plans for kids, pets, or specific schedules instead of pushing a fixed package.

Jose keeps in touch before each visit to ask about trouble spots and confirms any changes early. He works around customer timing, shows up on time, and charges prices that reviewers call competitive and reasonable for the detail he puts in. The work covers homes in the Justin area, with same-day or quick responses noted in multiple accounts.

Twenty reviews give the company a five-star mark. People keep bringing up his thorough checks, clear explanations, photos after each job, and straightforward approach that leaves no bugs behind.

“Jose is absolutely amazing! From the moment he arrives, he is always friendly and professional. He takes the time to explain everything, answers all of my questions, and is incredibly thorough with the treatment. I love how he provides follow up pictures of what is hiding in our yard (bugs). It’s hard to find someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job, but Jose definitely does. Highly recommend him to anyone needing pest control! He will get the job done!!”

“J is hands down the best pest control guy I have ever used. My wife and I were apart of a bigger company for a year and they didn’t come anywhere close to how thorough J is from start to finish! You can clearly tell he is passionate about his work and his goal is to treat your home as if it’s his own! If you want amazing service he is the guy!!!!! P.S He even sent detailed pictures of everything he treated which is unheard of nowadays!”

“Jose at J-Zap Pest Control is outstanding! He takes the time to thoroughly assess your pest concerns and recommends the most effective treatment plan to keep your home pest-free. One of the things that impressed me most is his flexibility. Whether you prefer weekly, monthly, quarterly, or as-needed service, Jose works with your schedule rather than trying to sell you a one-size-fits-all plan. He’s also honest and upfront about the type and frequency of treatments that are actually necessary, which speaks volumes about his integrity. I can’t say enough great things about Jose and J-Zap Pest Control. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, dependable, and trustworthy pest control services, I highly recommend them.”

“Very thorough and detailed. Both recommend J-Zap to anyone looking for any type of pest control!!”

“I've used large companies for pest control and was not happy. My first encounter with JZap showed me how much he appreciated that we would consider using him for pest control. We gave him a try and will never go back to another company. He takes his time to get all the little things we don't see and doesn't rush through the service like other companies do. But the most important thing is the bugs, wasps, spiders, ants etc are all gone. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with him. Would 100% recommend JZap over anybody else for pest control.”

“Very professional, reasonable price and always have a wonderful experience.”
