“this is our third year, Tyler just did a great thorough job on our most recent annual service and was very informative about what all he was doing. Prior to going with Bio-tech we had a quarterly service which almost always seemed to require a re-service every quarter due to pests returning so between 4-8 visits in total annually, with Biotech have only had one re-service each year around 10 months after each annual treatment so 2 visits in total annually, thus so much more convenient at a comparable annual cost, actually less with a renewal discount Bio-tech has been giving. “From the very beginning to the end Bio Tech was a great expierence. There Technician Chris came out and did a very detailed inspection of the home and explained the process of how he would seal the entry points. He even found a couple of entry points that my former pest control company missed. They came out placed bait and traps throughout the home and making sure those exposed to my kids and animals were placed in a safety box. They came out and found that there was some activity and advised they would be back to finish the job which includes removing traps and cleaning the debris left by the rodents. Because of Chris and the employees of Bio-Tech I will use them for life.”
