“Horrible, unethical, no responsibility service. I paid 2165$ for the bed bug treatment with zero results. The owner Greg did not take responsibility and accountability for delivering zero results. He was not willing to make things right. I will never recommend him and highly suggest you search pest control somewhere else. Because of his actions I am facing penalties because my guests got bitten, lost so much money and my time. He did not careless. I would have given negative stars if I could. Took the money and did not deliver results. How can you be a business owner and do not take responsibility for poor service? After his one month treatment that he confirmed he did we have so many bugs that I am cleaning up myself because he simply wasted my time, took my money, got me in so much trouble and refuses to make things at least better because he cannot make it right at this point. “We have been using Level 10 Pest Control since 2018 and have been consistently pleased with their work. Greg is very thorough and he hasn't increased our rates. I would pay more for his service because we have historically had issues with scorpions. If you have any issues in between treatment he will come out very quickly and reapply. This has only happened once during periods of heavy rain so mostly unnecessary. Since we've been using his service we have minimal pests. I have no complaints, the service is valuable and Greg is someone you can trust in your home.”
