“Very bad experience with this company, it seemed like they didn't spray anything because it didn't work. Called them and they told me there is no warranty and the owner is not to be called or reached. They tell you one thing but yet they put something else in the system. Very bad service and no communication at all.”

“I called and told them it didn’t seem like they sprayed and they told me they told me the best a very experienced employee. So, the yard was spayed on Tuesday and saw ants on Friday. Called on Monday and was told needed 2nd spray in order to guantee job. Last time I ever use them.”

“Very unprofessional, and very unethical people running this business. I had service done at my business, and I was told by the young associate that the service had a warranty. Well, to my surprise, the pesky roaches, not the associates, they were friendly people no attitude. The little critters were crawling around by the 3rd day. I let the poison set for another two weeks, but the problem grew. I called Asash, and I was discouraged when I was told they had no warranty, when the Asash employee told there was a warranty. Thank you Asash for taking my money. Have a great day. Sir, if you tell a client that the job has warranty, then you have to honor it, not go back on what you promised your customer. That's bad for business.”

“I have use the service for inside and outside on two of my properties. Great prices and fast service over the phone. One time i requested the service inside the house but was given a service window from 9am -2pm Not sure if that's every time since I've only gotten that service once but make sure you ask if that is still the case. Another time i had a driver park outside the property 10 minutes and never get off his truck, i called the office and the driver got off the truck stating that he saw a vehicle take off before he parked so he had assumed no one was home.”

“It would be awesome if the professionals have some sort of guidance as to what service is being provided. It is important to mention that we specified the insect we had a problem with at the time of scheduling the service. That would have been the perfect time to tell us “this service will bot deal with the problem you have we do however offer this other service that will deal with your problem.” But instead they provided a service that they knew would not deal with the problem. Once we called back because we still have the problem they try to charge a different service. This could have been avoided with honesty and integrity and you could have had another happy customer.”

“Won't quote a price for you until they go see, even if you give them the address and dimensions of the building. But if they go and check and you decide not to take thier service because the price went up to much, they want to charge you a $47 cancelation fee!”

“A BAD INVESTMENT & WASTE OF TIME! I called for service one time and was left very unsatisfied. I asked for their "best poison" therefore I was asked to move out of my house for at least 2- 3days. I stayed at my moms for 3 days & 2 weeks later I could still see roaches in my house! I called them for two weeks straight, held different times, & received the same response! That I had no warranty & they didn't know why so they would call and ask the technician! I called multiple times those 2weeks & was just advised they would call me back. I never received a call back or a response! I paid 75.00 for no warranty?! Really obviously they can't guarantee their work!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!”

“On 4/18/18, they came to take care or a flea problem centered in only 1 room of my home. They fumigated the whole house. I left that room closed for 48 hours (4 hours is all that is needed). Went in and still has fleas. Had to call twice to get feedback, Once w/Maggie and once w/Anna. Owner called on 4th day to try to sell me an annual plan of 4 visits. I stated the visit did not work. He stated a one visit is NOT GUARANTEED. My invoice states "Warranty". If they cannot deal with a particular pest, they should state it. I lost my money to a scam to sell more service. Still have the pest. Stay away from this company!”

“VERY unsatisfied it's been 2 1/2 months I paid in side and out of house bugs still coming out I called ASAsh and said there were NO Guaranteed.that I would have to pay again. what kind of Business is that very unprofessional People me ware NOT Recommend it.”

“On time and reliable. The fumigator was professional and thorough. When straying the yard, be payed special attention to the areas the ants were congregating. They’re a couple of decades behind with technology though. You have to call the office and give them your debit card number over the phone if you want to pay that way. It take a few minutes for them to get to the machine that does it, and takes about 5 minutes to process too. Also, carbon receipts? It’s 2022.”

“This please is horrible DO NOT USE. They were suppose to come out 15 days after 1st treatment and NEVER called me to schedule. When I called they wanted to charge me again for first treatment and come out for second. I said NO I would find somewhere else the will want my service. Even though they said they would call me they never did and why should I be the one to call. I am so frustrated. Yes the ants were gone after first treatment but in 4 weeks they were back.”

“Worst owner I've ever met!! Workers and owner always parking on side walk. Very busy street, making it almost impossible to go south bound on McClelland Ave. Asked the owner to stop letting people park there cause it could create a huge accident. He simply said I should wait. Instead of doing the lawful thing and not park on side walk he'd rather have the probability of causing an accident than listen to anyone.”

They only care about ripping you off and not about providing you with a worthy service...and when you call and complain, the receptionist has no idea what she is doing and you might as well be talking to a recording (a recording that speaks better english). Use this company if you must, but be aware of there horrible business practices.”
