Bug Busters Termite & Pest Control

Bug Busters Termite & Pest Control runs pest control operations in Laredo, Texas. The company is family owned and operated since 1994 and supplies residential and commercial services that cover termites, fire ants, cockroaches, mosquitoes, rodents, spiders, scorpions, earwigs, fleas, ticks, bees, wasps, bed bugs, seasonal pests and lawn spraying.

Homeowners and businesses contact the firm for yard fumigation, wasp nest removal, quarterly yard treatments and interior home sprays aimed at roaches and harvester ants. Technicians named Jeremy, Victor, Israel, Ismael and Tony handle these calls. Reviewers describe them arriving to treat the affected areas, answer questions about the pests and complete the work without leaving chemical odors in most cases. Some jobs involve spraying along property walls to block ants from crossing easements while others focus on full yard coverage or safe nest extraction.

Reviewers note that the company answers calls promptly, provides quotes the same day and shows up on time or slightly early for scheduled visits. They describe the pricing as fair and reasonable for the work performed, with service extending across Laredo and surrounding areas. Communication stays direct, with staff explaining treatment steps and follow-up care before leaving the site. Appointments fit standard daytime hours and repeat customers often request the same technicians for ongoing yard maintenance.

The company maintains a strong record built on repeated comments about punctual and knowledgeable technicians who treat properties thoroughly. A small number of reviews mention treatments that left live insects afterward or covered less area than expected. DIRT Score 4.8 from 402 reviews on Finds.

“The service was excellent. Jeremy, the technician, arrived a little early, which was a pleasant surprise. He was professional, respectful, friendly, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. The only downside was the price, which I found pretty high for a preventive annual treatment covering the interior of the home and a very small backyard. That said, the quality of the service and Jeremy’s professionalism made for a very positive experience.”

“I was in need of fumigation on my front and back yard . After calling bug busters they quickly gave me a quote. Arrived just as they said and took care of business. Fair price and quick service.”

“After the work was done, and approximately two hours after there was no pesticide or chemical odor whatsoever. Additionally, roaches were observed, crawling out of the grass immediately after the spray treatment however two hours after no dead bugs were observed. I am highly doubtful that this treatment was effective and I would like to speak to the manager/owner to discuss follow up action and final resolution regarding this matter.”

“I always ask for Victor at Bug Busters to spray the yard quarterly as he does a real good job, answers questions & advices on any issues I have. Been a customer for several years now. This time had an issue with a large number of harvester/ leaf cutter ants. Unfortunately the nest went over onto the neighbors easement property but let Victor spray what he could from the wall & gave our wall a good dose to prevent those pests from coming over. Great service.”

“The gentleman who came to my home to take off roaches. He was knowledgeable and experienced in his job. I am very happy with him. Great shout to my buddy Tony and his crew for the best customer services. I highly recommend to my family and my friends. Thanks”

“This is the 1st time I felt unsatisfied with the work itself. Great staff, on time but I feel the work needed was not accomplished. After 3-4 Years with bug busters thinking about looking at other options as only the bottom was sprayed not my overall area like it has always been sprayed. I see no point on spraying only the bottom as the bugs can crawl upwards for safety. Just my honest opinion.Heading to WalMart later today to do a second spray myself for $10 when I paid $95 a week ago. Maybe I should stick to doing the work myself and saving $80+. TY”
