“I had a very frustrating experience with this company and feel that the situation was handled unfairly. I initially scheduled an appointment with them back in May but canceled before they ever came out because I decided to use a different pest control company. I never received any services from this company, so I was not in any way a customer of theirs. “Man. I cannot even begin to explain to you how impressed I am with Will and his team. I am a small business owner and am naturally have high expectations of other businesses. Will spent the day of our termite inspection being a human being, and just taking to me for nearly two hours. He explained how the process works, how termites work, and almost tried sell me on doing it myself (because he’s that honest). Ultimately we hired him to do the work so I could spend my time repairing the shed that had extensive termite damage. Money well spent. After 22yrs in business, Will knows his stuff. He’s personable. “This company does exceptional work. We had 4 quotes to treat our home for termites and they did the most thorough check of the entire home, even the attic. We were extremely pleased with the treatment plan moving forward. They also came in at the most affordable! The owner is personable and came along to do the job and got his hands dirty. They scheduled the job within the same week they came to do the inspection. What I wasn’t expecting was them to patch up the holes and remove the unsightly nests that were forming on the walls. When, I moved to a new house in 2017, he came out and diagnosed 5 different types of ants that were living in various parts of the residence.
