“Ordered some special week killer from them, after which I was told it was on back order and the offered a refund or to keep me in the 'que'. I told them to cancel the order, which they confirmed, and bought the product somewhere else. After my product was delivered from the alternate source, the 'cancelled' product shows up. Didn't need two of them so asked Solutions to send me a shipping label to return it to them. They said they couldn't (wouldn't?). Have never had a vendor who couldn't send a shipping label. I won't pay to return it and haven't seen a refund, so I'll never use them again.”
