Homeowners call for new construction treatments, yard sprays, perimeter defense, and barrier protection around houses. Techs such as Shannon, Bill, and Brady handle issues like black widows in garages, ants in flower beds and yards, and general bug activity. They spray thoroughly from curb to alley, brush down cobwebs, and treat problem spots so results last through the season. Several customers noted fewer pests after service and planned repeat visits.

The company responds fast to requests, often texting back within an hour and setting appointments within days or even the same day. Techs arrive on time, explain the work clearly, answer questions, and finish reports that match what was done. Pricing stays reasonable with no push for ongoing plans. All service stays local to Lubbock, and communication comes direct from the company rather than an outside service.
