“I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I want other homeowners to be aware of my experience. The salesperson was extremely pushy and convinced me to sign up while claiming everyone in the neighborhood was switching to this company. Looking back, I feel like I was pressured into making a decision instead of being given honest information. We signed up because we had a real roach and spider problem after moving into our home. The company came out and sprayed, but we continued seeing roaches and spiders. We called them back, and they sprayed again. Weeks later, we are still finding live roaches inside the house and still have spiders. The service has not solved the problem. Despite the ineffective service, they want to charge me $210 just to cancel the contract. One thing that also concerned me is that another pest control company came to my door around 9:00 p.m. using almost the exact same sales pitch and claiming everyone was switching from this company. It made the whole experience feel more like a high-pressure sales operation than a customer-focused pest control business.
