“Prime Pest has been unprofessional and always scheduling on a week that has weather in the forecast. We have tried talking to cooperative and explaining the our pest guy has showed up all our of the night and never once showed up when schedule. We have also been told when they run out of chemicals, they buy cheap product from supply stores and add blue die to it. Jimmy has also got really close to parts of our garden and killed it with the chemical they promote that will not affect our garden. The salesman that conned us into this contract and we were told we can cancel at anytime. When called to cancel, we got told many different numbers. Not to mention we complain several time to corporate and nothing has been done about the unprofessionalism. Worst company that Solicit all over Carlsbad, and can even get rid of bugs with the chemical. We just want out of the contract”

“No change in the lawn at all — I’m still pulling weeds myself and repeatedly having to point out the same problem areas. It hasn’t improved, and it feels like a waste of money. The pest control side seems fine, but your service includes web cleaning and that’s never been done. At this point I’m willing to pay the $200 early-termination fee.”

“DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE!!*** They came to the door offering service misleading you to believe it is a one time service because “they have extra product” then have you sign a receipt not informing you that you are signing up for a years worth of service. When you call to talk to them they say well it’s not on them because you signed (which I understand I should have read the small print) even though you told the person you just want the one time service now they are saying the only way you can cancel is to pay 400. Lesson learned this is why you NEVER let the door to door people talk to you. Total scam artist.”

“My mom moved and I tried to call and cancel the service after seeing a charge on her credit card, but no one would answer after several tries and staying on hold at least 20 minutes each time.. She's 81 and did not remember signing any contract. She thought the technician had cancelled after receiving a text from him for service and letting him know she no longer lived there. Another charge was on her statement and someone finally answered. This person told me she had a 2 year contract and would have to pay over $300 to cancel. This company is not local and is a scam! Do not use them!”

“We got the service because the salesman made it seem like they were a local veteran start up. My husband felt a bit taken when he found out it is a chain or franchise. Then the first time the guy was here he was here maybe 15 minutes and said he sprayed areas that we do not think he did. This month they did not do the back yard when they came because we were gone and dogs were out. My husband has tried to arrange 4 different times for them to come back and do the back. They never showed up or communicated at time they would be here. We were home most of the day. Not impressed at all and most likely we will be canceling their service.”
