Earthwise Termite and Pest

Earthwise Termite and Pest runs as a family owned pest control outfit based in Magnolia, Texas. Ralph operates the business and handles termite work along with mosquito treatments and natural options for both homes and commercial spots. The company covers areas across north Houston including The Woodlands, Tomball, Spring, Conroe and Cypress. Ralph takes calls directly and manages inspections plus ongoing service without requiring contracts.

Customers call on Ralph for ant issues that appear right after moves, flea problems that hit after new babies arrive, and tree roach or fire ant outbreaks around foundations and vacant lots nearby. He has pulled pets from garages after hours, handled earwig and spider problems inside houses, and performed termite checks during home purchases. Treatments leave homes clear of pests for months at a time, with follow up visits scheduled every three months for some families and offices.

Ralph shows up on time or early for appointments and answers texts or calls the same day, sometimes within an hour. He sends reminders ahead of each visit, leaves detailed invoices, and explains products in plain terms while offering payment plans that fit different budgets. Work covers the listed north Houston towns during regular business hours plus some after hours help when needed, and he wears shoe covers inside homes to keep things clean.

“I recently moved to Tomball, and within the first week of living in our new home I noticed we had an ant problem. Not being familiar with the area, I researched local exterminators that could service the Tomball area. I found Earthwise and read all of the great reviews from previous customers. When I called Ralph to get a quote, he was VERY polite and thorough with all of his explanations and what he does exactly. He was very flexible and accommodating to come to my home at his earliest convenience, which happened to be the next business day. When he came to my home he was actually 5 minutes earlier than the time window he gave me! When does that ever happen!? It was so greatly appreciated, especially for our first visit. Ralph was extremely polite and professional. He was extremely thorough at inspecting and treating both inside and out. I would definitely recommend Earthwise to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and thorough pest control company.”

“Ralph does fantastic work!!! We've used Earthwise for several years now and never had an issue. Ralph's honesty, professionalism & flat out phenomenal work has us as continued loyal customers. He's available anytime you need him & he's always dependable, not to mention takes the "above and beyond" approach to make sure you're satisfied. You can't find what he offers anywhere out there. He's a one of a kind GREAT Man. Your Servant in Christ, Brent & Sabrina”

“We have been using Ralph for almost a year, and wouldn't change! He provides superior customer service, he's very thorough in explanation of his (environmentally friendly) services & products, and he is honest. We had to use him to extract a pet out of our garage, and he worked after hours to help us! We appreciate his 'family' mentality, by wanting the best for our family & home.”

“We have used Earthwise Pest control for many years. Ralph and his team is very knowledgeable and effective. If you want to get effective, honest and a pest free home, contact Ralph. I highly recommend his services!”

“I've had a lot of service people out to a new house recently. Most were very good, but Ralph stood out as being the absolute best of the best. He spent so much time helping me before I was even a customer; knows everything about termite and pest control; punctual; friendly; low prices; just an amazing guy. Hiring his services if you're able to is the best decision you can make.”

“Ralph and his crew go above and beyond. I found Ralph while buying my house, he did the termite inspection, and I have been using him ever since. There has been multiple times Ralph has come to my house on short notice, literally less that a hour after I call or text him, to deal with issues. I also have never had or heard of anybody in his line of work answering calls or texts at times he does. I highly recommend Earthwise to anybody looking for Pest control services, you will not be disappointed. -Derek”

“We found Earthwise just after we moved here 4 years ago. When I met Ralph he was just beginning to homeschool his daughter and he was so incredibly friendly! We had a "flea emergency" just after having a baby and Ralph and his employees were immediately on top of the problem. I always trust the guys he hires, but honestly look forward to when Ralph himself comes. He's so encouraging and friendly! If it's upto me we'll never have another pest control company!”

“Ralph is professional and friendly. Each time he comes to treat our home, he is incredibly thorough. If I ever have concerns or questions, all I need to do is shoot him a note or give him a ring and he is always responsive. He leaves detailed invoices and always has good suggestions for how to prevent infestations. Ralph is timely, keeps to the scheduled treatments without me reaching out to him. We are very pleased with the service provided by Earthwise Termite and Pest.”

“I appreciate Ralph's professionalism and courtesy. His customer service is on point, and I haven't had any problems with bugs/pests since he's first serviced our house. This is amazing considering we live in front of a vacant lot and that's where all the bugs were ..especially when it rains. The price is affordable and he offers payment options that will fit anyone's circumstances. Thanks Ralph to you and your team!”

“We purchased our home back in May 2013. The previous owner had some type of pest control installed in which there are tubes that run through the walls and they administered the pest control through a control box that was installed on the outside of the house. At first I thought it was a very modern way to fight pests; but I learned very soon that it didn't work!! I googled pest control and priced a few companies and came across Earthwise. Earthwise offered the best price and without a contract!! Ralph (the owner) runs this company with great morals and standards! His customer service is beyond outstanding. I have emailed him on a few occasions with questions on certain types of bugs/critters that I found 'outside' and he was always very prompt in responding with answers. Ralph contacts me every quarter to confirm the appointment and leaves a receipt on my back porch once he has completed the job.....yes he is the one that actual does the work!! I can definitely say I am "completely satisfied" with my pest control services provided by Earthwise!!”

“Ralph at Earthwise Termite and Pest has been servicing our home for over a year now, and my family is very happy with the service, professionalism, punctuality, and most importantly the lack of any pest issues. His concise yet well articulated approach to pest control at his website first caught my attention, and when I initially contacted him he was very prepared to discuss his strategies in even more detail. When he insisted on wearing "shoe covers" during the initial assessment inside our home, it was clear that he respected our home and property, and he has continued to demonstrate that same respect in his exterior treatments. Taking the time to wipe down every cobweb and examine every crack and crevice of our home as opposed to many other companies we've used who just "spray and scram" was a refreshing change, and his rates are very competitive as well. Ralph is extremely polite, intelligent and also tech-savvy for those of us who find it more convenient to schedule visits via email, text, etc. I am happy to report a very positive experience with Ralph and Earthwise Termite and Pest.”

“We have been using Ralph for a year now, but unfortunately we are moving too far away for him to be able to provide us service. He is very knowledgable and experienced and will answer any questions you have. He automatically sends reminders when the next service is due. All in all GREAT experience and a great customer service! Thank you!!”

“Great service. Got rid of a flea problem at my parents when we first tried them out. It took two trips for them but they took care of it and Ralph had many helpful suggestions to make sure they were gone for good. Hired them again for regular pest control in and out our home. Always on time, quick, efficient and made sure they got rid of our earwig and ant problem around the foundation. Stopped seeing spiders inside the house and we would even find a dead fly or dead mosquito inside the house when they would make their way in. Any big tree roach that would make its way in would also be found dead. Thank you!!”

“We use Earthwise for our office and home. Their services are priced right, always on time and definitely effective. Ralph is knowledgeable and always has a great attitude. We wouldn't use anyone else after experiencing such great service.”

“We have used Earthwise for the last 9 years, and they still provide the same top notch service as they did the first time we used them. Trustworthy, Honest, on time, and makes sure the job is done. Communication is fantastic. I also refer them to all my clients when it comes to home remodels and new builds. All the feedback I get from my clients are positive and enjoy there services. Earthwise is not just some bug guy. They are vary educated and knowledgeable about there products and the industry they are in. Thank you for all you do for my family. Highly recommend.”

“Ralph knows his bugs and his chemicals. Not-to-mention he uses the kid-friendly variety which puts my mind at ease with a 2-yr old! He is always on-time and very professional. He takes the time to show and explain what he does in layman's terms and I never have to worry if I see a bug appear after he's been to the house, because if I don't kill it, the chemicals will. Good guy, great work- honest approach. Thanks Ralph...”

“I had just had a baby and had a toddler who had walked through and been attacked by a pile of fire ants. I didn't want just any exterminating company to come out. I was looking for a child friendly solution. When I called Earthwise Termite and Pest I wasn't expecting to talk to an extremely polite and friendly owner. Ralph explained to me just how safe his solutions were and he even explained to me IN DETAIL everything he was going to do to get rid of my ant problem. He wasn't trying to get every penny out of me like most companies would. Instead he was looking for the best and most accurate solution to my problem. I can't tell you how IMPRESSED I was with this company and 5 stars doesn't do much justice. I will not go to anyone else. I am highly amazed at how great this company is. I have recommended this company to many of my friends with children and elders. (And that is saying a lot because I do not recommend many people.) You will be impressed with the friendliness of this company and will get to meet someone who is true to their word as well as EXTREMELY passionate about what they do.”

“When we were over run with tree roaches, Ralph came, and in one application they were gone. Now we have him come every three months. He checks for wasps nests, termites etc. He answers all my questions with his knowledge of the business. The solution he uses is NOT harmful to pets. I have 4 dogs. Thank you Ralph!”

“I am so please and impressed with Earthwise and their dedication to getting the job done! I’ve have called and talked with Ralph on many different occasions and he is always SO patient and kind to answer all my questions and knowledgeably address my concerns!”

“Very nice and responsive. does what's right for his customers. Does not take advantage of any opportunity to make an extra nickel. Cares about his customers and looks out for their best interests. God fearing man and I was highly impressed with his service. I strongly recommend this company.”
