“Elmer was great! Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, and the specific weeds and type of grass he was treating. Eric came later in the day to do a fire ant treatment and perimeter pest control. He was equally as friendly and thorough as Elmer. This is our first experience with Top Turf, and it has been great so far, starting with my initial call to inquire about services. I was connected with Jeff, who is super friendly and he clearly explained the services and pricing. He immediately followed up with an email including everything we had discussed, along with a text message. I'm very impressed with the level of customer service Top Turf has provided at every level.”

“I am disappointed again from today's service. Despite addressing my concerns multiple times, the weed issues persist, and the application process is completely inadequate. During the visits, the technician spends very short time (less than 10 min) on my property. He uses a small handheld spreader for the fertilizer and barely emptied the first bucket. For context, a standard application on my lawn requires a full commercial rolling spreader. Additionally, he only spot-sprayes a few random weeds despite them being widespread. This rushed, minimal effort does not address the problems I have repeatedly reported. No wonder my lawn looks worse than I hired them last year.”

“I bought 4 sessions last year with Jeff. I messaged him that I am still seeing crab grass on some areas! Not satisfied about it. No actions! No communications! And one more charges for this year without asking my permission and over the phone he was expecting me to cancel the services! Which I never bought at the initial stage. Also on upon asking if he can work on those areas without additional charges he said you don’t want to continue the service and asking service satisfaction! Well, I don’t want to do anything bad to him and giving him at least 3 stars for the previous services as I don’t want to lie about the majority of the areas services were done properly.”
