They sent out a serviceman named Christian who is very kind and courteous, and even offered to help a few things that we didn't accomplish ourselves. They offer a full 6-month warranty on their service, so even if there is a problem I'll know beforehand and they will promptly settle the issue. A business typically will not offer a warranty like that, unless they are positive the problem will be solved. If I could give a rating higher than five stars I would. A+ service.
