“I loved our old pest control service, he became a friend, but we made the switch after we needed more services than could be offered at a reasonable price. I was so hesitant to switch. We were assigned Eric Holtzer and I have to say, we have no spiders or roaches or anything anymore! I thought regularly needed follow-up treatments were normal?! They are not. It is awesome to have external treatments only and to never need a retreat. Eric is so kind and I've become just as fond of him. It makes us non-bug people (due to allergic reactions) so excited to be able to enjoy our home, inside and out. Today I decided to add treatment for rodents, in addition to pest control and the perimeter system. I didn't know this was another offered service?! “This company was amazing. I had a system put in about a month ago and it's flawless. I used to have a big mosquito problem in my yard but not anymore. “Terrible experience! Technician treated backyard while I was not home. After I came back, I found one window glass broken. Contacted technician. He insisted that the glass broke already when he was there. However I was in the backyard the night before and window was not broken. Contacted the company. They said maybe the neighbor did it. My security camera shows nobody else got into my backyard on that day. Treatment not good. Got mosquito bites while cleaning debris.”

“Install was good and the system works. But at this point, and until I see improvement, I must mark them low points due to lack of service. Install was completed 5/26 and they are to refill the tank "monthly" and fog several times after the first install. 3 weeks in I called to ask them to fog or install a couple more nozzles due to some no-see-um activity near a seating area. They said "let us fog a few times" and I agreed. By 15 July my tank was empty, and nobody had come to refill us OR to fog since our install. I pinged my account Manager, Pablo Benitez, over the weekend and then called the shop Monday AM. They said they had set me to refill at 45 day intervals. I pointed out that it was day 53 when my juice ran dry. They promised to refill and fog on Tuesday. Tuesday I got refilled but no fogging. I am very concerned with the service and whether I'll have to fight for basic contracted services. I'll update this review after another month or two.”
