Tamez Pest Solutions

Tamez Pest Solutions handles pest control and rodent control out of Mesquite, Texas. Obie Tamez runs the company and covers the DFW area plus surrounding cities. The business provides treatments for common home pests along with rodent work that includes trapping and sealing entry points. They hold the state license TPCL 0853696 and focus on thorough service for houses and rental properties.

Customers call them for ants, carpenter ants, cockroaches, and rodents. Obie and Sergio treat the properties, explain the steps, and return when needed until the issue clears. Reviewers note that carpenter ant problems stopped after the first visit, kitchen ants disappeared within a day, and quarterly work kept ants and cockroaches out with no visible rodent signs. One customer said previous national companies left jobs half done while Tamez stayed until the fix held.

Obie and the team answer calls the same morning and often treat the same evening. They send updates on arrival times, finish quickly, and keep prices low enough that several customers call the monthly rate a bargain. Service reaches homes on the south side of Dallas and farther north without dropping clients who move. They wear shoe covers indoors, work around schedules, and follow up on estimates or extra spots found during the job.

Google shows a 5 from 127 reviews. Reviewers keep mentioning the same points: clear explanations, same-day response, follow-through until pests are gone, and steady results over multiple years of quarterly visits.

They came highly recommended and now I can see why!”

“Obie recently treated two properties for me. He gave a very accurate estimate of the work required, and arrived punctually for our appointments. He took a lot of time to work on each area specifically and explained what materials and process he was using. He also offered to return and work on another area that was discovered to be an issue. And he's coming back to check traps and remove any animals found before sealing up the house. I highly recommend him. Obie is friendly, professional and does really good work.”
