He explained everything he was doing, answered all of my questions, and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I never felt like he was rushing through the service, which I really appreciated. “Last year during rainy season I noticed a swarm of flying black bugs in my back yard. Fast forward to February this year I found dirt trails in my kitchen area. After calls to bigger name companies I was quoted thousand of dollars. One company even misdiagnosed the issue. Fox has done everything that the other companies said would do at a very affordable price. They came and set everything up quickly and addressed the issues that I had. Christian M. Is a great technician. He set everything up quickly and went above and beyond. He made me feel at ease with explaining every question I had. Definitely am extremely happy with the services. “I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but after two years with Fox Pest Control, I can’t recommend them based on my experience. For two years, I followed their instructions exactly. Every time I saw a live roach, I called for another service visit, often every few weeks. Most visits lasted only a couple of minutes. The technician would spray a few spots and leave. I rarely, if ever, saw dead roaches afterward, and the problem never truly got under control. I do want to give credit where it’s due. The newer technician who started coming out was much more thorough, and I finally started seeing some improvement. Unfortunately, by then I was exhausted from constantly waiting until another live roach appeared before I could get service again. It always felt like we were reacting to the problem instead of preventing it. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of communication. I would call and explain exactly what I was seeing and where I was seeing it, but when the technician arrived, it often seemed like they had no idea why they were there or what issues I had reported. It felt like I had to start over and explain everything from scratch at nearly every visit. I was also r”

“Ryder Wingo and Fox did a great job. Two of our Mice traps went off, and needed to be re-charged. Fox ands Ryder came out in a day! Checked everything, re-loaded the traps, and made some great recomendations for us. In and out quick. Excellent service.”

“The worst experience I have ever had with a pest control company. I initially hired Fox because I had a pest issue that needed to be addressed. After months of treatment, the problem was actually getting worse, not better. I travel frequently for work and made that very clear from the beginning. Unfortunately, the scheduled service times often did not align with the limited time I was home, and coordinating visits became increasingly difficult. I called to cancel in January. I called again in February to cancel. After that, due to my travel schedule, communication became limited and Fox stopped coming to my home altogether. Then in March, I received a bill. I called again and spoke with a very polite representative, and once again explained that I had already requested cancellation multiple times. Now I am being told I owe approximately $300. For what exactly? No services were being performed, no technicians were coming to my home, and I had repeatedly requested cancellation months earlier. “If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is a scam.. they make you sign a contract and don’t tell you if you cancel you have to pay $250… but here’s the kicker, they don’t come by when they say they will, they say “it’ll get better” but just gets worse.. been with them since may scheduled multiple times and they don’t come, and their tech never answers calls or texts. So not only did I pay all those months for a service I didn’t recieve I now have to pay a cancellation fee for a contract they didn’t keep up on their end either.”

I spoke with a young man named GAVIN J.. he was amazing! he worked me out financially.. emotionally.. and kept a great sense of humor with me telling him this is why I quit using Fox Pest Control the first time.. He took/ understood me saying that sometimes with what the seller says and what they leave you with.. is not always the same! He comforted me through appropriate wording and the sales..
