“I’m giving them five stars because my tech Thalia was so amazing so personable and made sure she sprayed every inch of my property. The communication between me and the tech was clear and thorough!! Not all techs but Thalia is great I would recommend her by name if you’re looking into this company!!”

“This place is a JOKE!! My family member reached out to them last weekend for another family member. They reached back out to her and told her they would come Tuesday between 8-12 well I had to take off work and go to that family members home and waited until 12:30. Family member called and the lady called the people to see where they were at and she was told they were still at another property and would call when they were on the way. We'll around 3ish/4pm family member called again and they said they were sorry they could not make it out there today and would have to reschedule for tomorrow same time. Well there i go taking another day off work and sure enough no show so come around 12:40 my family member called again and they said they would reschedule for today between 8-10 and of course what do you expect no call, no show!! Not only did I take off work, I lost hours and I had to apologize for taking off as that makes it look bad on my end. The least they could have done is called and rather said they were running late or whatever like that's understandable but It is sad the customer has to call them to get updates!! Although appreciate the free inspection but I DO NOT recommend”

“RUN AWAY!!!! Use Orkin!!! They didn’t accurately inspect my home. They didn’t follow their contract in what they said they would do. They are trying to charge me an enormous termination fee after only 5 days of having them. They didn’t do my contract correctly. They lied about allowing me to cancel at anytime without penalty. They are extremely hard to get in contact with and don’t respond nor do the work properly. We’ve had more bugs since they come and they didn’t even have the proper pest equipments in their vehicles. They say that you can reach out to them through that email but nobody responds. Literally scamming everyone!”

“This review is for the people you have to call to get a account sett up , they say you can cancel anytime, but after you get an account they will say you are still liable for the 1 year that was contracted, they made a mistake in telling me this before my first initial visit , lucky I was able to cancel out in time. Avoid this potential nightmare”

“We hired Terminix to put in termite traps and do our spraying for bugs in the spring of 2025. They were supposed to come back and drill small holes in patio to put in bait traps there. They never did. I called at least three times to ask them to do so and they would say someone will be in touch. Never happened. Then when the tech came out to spray, we took off work to wait for him. We look up and he’s leaving our street. He had sprayed the house three doors down even though the numbers are clearly in the front of each house chiseled in stone. We called. He said we would have to reschedule. We had TAKEN OFF WORK already, but he couldn’t come back. I am paying $200 a month for a service that has not been completed as of yet, and I’m nine months in. When I try to cancel, I’m told I’ll have to pay out my contract regardless of the fact that they never held up their end of the deal. When you call the number it is impossible to speak to anyone local. RUN AWAY AND DO NOT USE TERMINIX!!!!”

“FRAUD! I had paid this company for years to manage my pest control. In January of this year, I receieved a $286 bill. On a hunch, I checked my cameras, there was ZERO activity. No one ever showed from Terminex. I called the same day to dispute the bill. They called about the past due bill no less than 70 times, every time, I told them that the service was NOT performed and I am not paying it. Someone was supposed to call me back every time I argued this bill, of course, no one ever did. Now I have a collection agency calling me. I called Terminex to speak to management to get this resolved today, the lady on the phone refused to assist me, refused to transfer me to anyone. The management (if there is any) refuses to come to the phone (no one is ever available except for the people answering the phones) they said "product was used so the bill stands" I AM NOT PAYING FOR PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT USED AT MY PROPERTY! - the cameras don't lie and not one was ever at my property using product. The total lack of customer service from this company is crazy. I had used them, paid on auto pay for 8 years. I have since switched to Mint Pest Control, locally owned and operated.
