“Discovering bed bugs is distressing and awful. If you’ve spent any time googling bed bugs, it feels impossible to get rid of them and a money pit to try and do so. It’s also impossible to sleep knowing that your home has been violated by little vampires. I called around to several places that specialize in bed bug extermination. Most places made me more fearful telling me that I had a bad case of bed bugs. With a 4,000 sq ft home, all the treatment options seemed overwhelming. I talked to Bill at Guardian on the phone and he calmed my worst fears and assured me that it wasn’t that bad and that we could get rid of them quickly and at a relatively affordable price. Bill had heaters delivered the next day. The tech we worked with was especially kind and put my worst fears at ease.
