“I honestly hate Orkin. Danny is the only tech I actually even like! When I signed up with them I told them I left my other pest control because I needed them to come by on my day off and they kept moving me to other days and Orkin is even WORSE! They constantly move my days when I specifically told them the days I need them to come. They send a text saying we will be there from this time to this time and they don’t show up in that time frame. Or they change it… so what’s the point. One time she didn’t spray the back yard and when I went outside to ask and she said “I thought you weren’t here” They say if you see pests they can come out and spray again but getting them to come back out is worthless because by the time they want to send someone out it’s time for my next spray. I called to cancel my worthless service but they were unavailable so I’m guessing they are closed for the afternoon. Hopefully I can cancel and be done with them asap!”

“I don’t know about how others do business. But when I call for a simple quote, but end up trying to get FORCED to do business with yall is wild. What ever happened to the simple calls where I can instantly get a simple quote instead of hearing stuff I don’t wanna hear. Ya I understand it’s yall job. But when I clearly stated I just need a quote. I could’ve saved us both time in the end. Then when I say I gotta think about it. And yall get MADDDD ABOUT IT and hang up. Like Cmon maybe someone needs a new profession if they can’t handle a simple no.”

“Worst service I have ever hired. First off they quoted certain prices for my service and charged me way more. Second the ants are not gone. 3rd I didn't have bugs in my home until after they sprayed "just in case" their words. They also claim to do touch ups when needed and now that I am a client they never answer the phone. How can you schedule a touch up or cancel your services 30 days in advance when they refuse to answer the phone. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND FRUSTRATIONS ON THESE WORTHLESS PRODUCTS!!!”

“For the past 3 months they have been either late by 2 hours after the latest estimated time, or 20 minutes early than the first estimated time. And I know what your thinking, early ? Who complains about early ? Well I ALWAYS have someone on the property to make sure the service gets done appropriately and she(orkin) was 20 min early. Low and behold orkin lady was just sitting there with the door open enjoying the wonderfull texas morning. She gets out and she tells him she did EVEYTHING already. Now thats either a lie or and extreme rear end excuse. (HAVE CAMERAS, BE PHYSICALLY WITH THE SERVICE MEMBERS WHILE THEY SPRAY AND TREAT) Well I call for a re-spray (because there is spiders and scorpions every where) and what-doya-know late by 2 hours and I have other things I have to do so I most likely wont be able to get my service done again. Also three times I asked them if they could do something about the horrible bees in my yard everytime they seize up with fear and tell me they can't do a thing because they have to have a specialist come out to look at them xD. And who woulda thunk it but not one specialist showed up "no call, no show for three months" wouldn't people be fired on ”

Nick came by to tackle the wasps I was dealing with in a timely manner and was very respectful of my property. Gave a 30 day guarantee that I thankful won’t have to take up. Overall very happy with the job done.”

“I do not recommend this company to anyone. They have the worse customer service I have ever experienced. We had one of their so called “inspectors”, come do an inspection on our home. The so called “inspector” Michael , damaged my tools by dropping them. Got the run around about them reimbursing my tools that were damaged. The inspector ADMITTED to hitting stuff in the garage. Nothing was ever done, no reimbursement or anything. They just said sorry 🤷‍♂️ so if you want your stuff damaged and no accountability taken then definitely use them. Maggie the so called “manager”, was no help at all. Steer away from this unprofessional company, save your time and money. Update: tried to get ahold of the company so they could “make it right” like I was told to do so and still have not heard back from them. I stand by my initial statement. Worse company I’ve ever dealt with. Please save yourself your money and do not use them. Supper unprofessional. Now I’m out a couple thousand dollars thanks to this unprofessional company. 0/10.”
