America's Pest Elimination

America's Pest Elimination operates as a pest control company based in Pasadena, Texas. Oscar runs the business and handles services that cover complete elimination of ants, cockroaches, bed bugs, termites, spiders, fleas, ticks, flies, mosquitoes, bees and wasps. The company also performs exclusion work on rodents and wild animals such as rats, mice, raccoons, possums and squirrels. They offer free termite and bed bug inspections along with 24 hour emergency service.

Customers describe calls for roach treatments in apartments and homes, general pest control at multiple properties, and handling of wasps or other insects. Oscar arrives to explain the planned steps, applies treatments and follows up on questions the next day in some cases. Reviewers note that roach numbers dropped within two weeks after service and that no further critters appeared after the work. Jaime receives mentions for thorough visits on repeat jobs where issues within a month lead to free return treatments.

The company responds to appointment requests the same day or next day in multiple accounts. Reviewers highlight fair and reasonable pricing, clear communication from booking through reminders the day before and on arrival, and service across East and West Houston properties. Oscar wears booties to protect floors, answers calls promptly and maintains availability for ongoing monthly work or isolated problems without pushing contracts.

Most feedback centers on Oscar's professionalism, punctuality and knowledge with recurring notes on attentive service and effective results at affordable rates. A small number of reviews mention delays or lack of response when seeking follow up on guarantees after the initial treatment. DIRT Score 4.7 from 93 reviews on Finds.

“I’m very disappointed with the service provided by this company. They completed the work, but I quickly discovered that it didn’t function as promised. I reached out to them to request a follow-up, as they claimed to offer a 30-day guarantee. However, after receiving payment, they stopped responding and have since disappeared. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering this company.”

“Very polite & professional highly recommend..”

“Quickly & Friendly Service! We have used American’s Pest Elimination at both of my properties in both East & West Houston for several years and have not had any issues. Highly Recommended for monthly service or if you have isolated rare pest issues. They are prompt and responsive which is very important for 24/7 businesses.”

“Very happy with this pest control company. We usually get Jaime and he is always very thorough every time and if there are any issues within a month of treatment, they will come back to take care of it free of charge. I was annoyed the first time when they wouldn’t give an actual timeframe of when they’d come out and would just say it’ll be in the morning or it’ll be in the afternoon but now I understand that is because they make sure the work is completed thoroughly and they can’t judge how long an appt for a service will take. I have recommended them to a few people and my husband has as well. No one has told us that they were dissatisfied with the referral. Prices are very reasonable as well!”

“Update: Sadly, I have to update this review to 2 stars. I stand by what I said about Oscar being pleasant and getting my Airbnb scheduled in quickly but 2 weeks after I completed my original review, my guest complained about roaches and wasps. I even saw a live roach the following day after my guest checked out. I texted Oscar on Aug 19 about the issue to see if there was some type of guarantee and I did not hear from him for days, so I called and still no response. He finally responded on Aug 28 at 10:16pm at night by text, (no phone call back) saying that I would need get quarterly services in order to receive in between services. I’m not sure how that helps when apparently the spray that he used was not effective. During the initial service, Oscar answered my calls and text almost immediately. After he received my money, that was long gone, even after advertising to be open 24 hours. I had to find someone else to come and spray and we haven’t seen an insect since. I will not be using this company again. …………………………………………… I called to get my Airbnb a routine extermination and I spoke with Oscar, who was very pleasant and got me scheduled in right away. I chose this place because o”
