CPL Pest Control

CPL Pest Control runs pest control work from Pasadena, Texas. Christopher runs the operation and handles the treatments himself for termites, drywood termites, ants, roaches, spiders, mosquitoes, bed bugs, wasps, fleas, and moles around homes and yards.

Customers bring them in for termite checks where Chris inspects the house and yard then sprays problem spots with no charge for the visit if nothing is entering the structure. They get calls for lake side insect and spider buildups that clear out the same evening after a full spray, bad ant invasions that stay gone after extra yard coverage, drywood termite spots that get localized treatment instead of full tenting, and mole tunnels treated with carbon monoxide that require follow up visits until the yard stays flat.

Chris answers calls directly, books next day appointments, works around the homeowner schedule, sprays inside and out plus the full perimeter, stays on time, and keeps prices low enough that people sign up for quarterly visits. The work covers spots in Conroe, Spring, The Woodlands, Tomball, and nearby Houston areas with same day results on roaches, spiders, and fire ants after consistent service.

“I used CPL last year for a termite problem. They did a great job protecting my house and keeping me informed! This year, I saw some termites in my yard. Chris inspected and assessed that they were not getting into the house. He sprayed that area to get rid of them and then sprayed my trees again just as a precaution. All this and he did not charge me for the visit!! Talk about excellent service! I highly recommend CPL and will continue to use them for my pest control needs.”

“Chris was extremely professional and communicative with his service. He helped me treat some dry wood termites. He was thorough in his inspection and explanation of the situation. Highly recommend.”

“CPL was referred to me by some of my family members that have used them in the past... we live close to the lake so we are always dealing with lots of insects and spiders. Chris came out to spray and the same evening I found dead bugs all over the place and haven’t had to deal with any insects since. We were very happy with the service we received and will be using them every few months. Chris was very friendly, professional and quick! Highly recommend!!!”

“Chris at CPL was professional and knowledgeable and thorough in his pest inspection. Though he certainly has services he could have sold me, apparently my own initial attempt got lucky and appeared to have cleared out my problem, and he was honest about this evaluation. That type of honesty is just the thing that would have me coming back to CPL in the future, should the need arise. Thanks!”

“Chris came out and treated the outside and inside of our home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. His prices cannot be beat. The customer service is top notch We would not use anyone else. I highly recommend CPL for all your pest control needs.”

“From our first experience we’ve loved working with Chris. He’s professional, intelligent, friendly and very sharp. We called CPL for general pest extermination. Chris sprayed every inch of our property and home, inside and out. He is quick and very thorough. What a difference it is to have consistent service (quarterly) by CPL. No spiders, cockroaches or out of control fire ants! We will only use CPL2 and Chris!”

“My experience with CPL was better than I could have imagined. Not only was Chris extremely knowledgeable, but was professional and courteous. His main goal was to help us and treat the termites so that they wouldn’t be a problem again. He communicated well with us and worked off of our schedule. I highly recommend them for any pest control or termite solutions. I’m so grateful that I chose them!”

“Chris came out to service my house and my mom’s house nextdoor and did an awesome job. He was friendly, professional and got the job done in a timely manner. We look forward to continuing pest services with CPL.”

“After finding evidence of drywood termites in my house, the first pest control company I called immediately said "you need to tent your house", without asking any further questions. Looking around for a second opinion, I came across CPL, and couldn't be happier with the results. Chris set up an appointment for the next day, showed up on time, listened to all my concerns, and explained the range of treatment options to me. He is clearly very knowledgeable about drywood termites, and explained that while tenting your house is an option that is appropriate in some cases, many drywood termite colonies are quite small and can be dealt with with a localized treatment. He is so easy to deal with before, during, and after the treatment, answered my questions via phone quickly; I now know I don't need to look anywhere else for my pest control needs. Give CPL a call, you won't be disappointed.”

“I called CPL because the weather started warming up, and the roaches and spiders began appearing around the house. With 3 small children, I needed this problem taken care of quickly. Chris showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He went above and beyond my expectations when it came to spraying the outside of our house. He not only sprayed the around the house, but also sprayed every square foot of our front and back yard. I especially appreciated how thoroughly he hit each ant hill he came to. After that, he came inside and sprayed each room very thoroughly. It's been over a week and I haven't seen a spider or roach since the day he came out. From this experience, I would say that CPL is a step above other pest control companies in quality and customer service. Thanks CPL!”

“If you’re looking for top of the line service treatments that are both affordable and effective, CPL Pest Control WILL get the job done! Their willingness to go above and beyond what was asked, really made me realize that this company not only takes care of pests...but they take even better care of their customers! The communication process was excellent, their product knowledge was great and their work truly spoke for itself!”

“Chris came by and was very diligent and helpful. He answered any questions that we had and reassured us that their sprays are safe for my twin babies! I would definitely have this company come out again.”

“Just having moved from San Diego where there aren’t many bugs to The Woodlands was a bit of a shock. We found black widows, roaches, and earwigs inside as well as wasps and lots of ants and mosquitoes in the backyard. I submitted a web inquiry and within a minute of hitting the submit button, Chris got back to me. He was friendly, professional and didn’t have the same sneaky salesman vibe that I had gotten with some door to door pest control people previously. He was genuine and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I watched how thorough he was, and I’m confident that our little friends will no longer be with us. I highly recommend CPL and I’ll be using them regularly from now on.”

“CPL pest control was great. Chris was very professional. I had a very bad ant problem. They sprayed even more areas than I expected. I have not seen any ants since then!!! I am very pleased with their services and highly recommend them.”

“I had a severe case of mole issue in my front yard. Digging everywhere and destroying my lawn . Christopher came and treated the yard with carbon monoxide. The first try didn’t work but he came back 2 times after that with no charge. Now it has been about a month after the last treatment and I see no sign of the mole. Great company . Christopher is awesome. Do not hesitate to call him for any issues you might have. Trust me. Mars”

“I have been looking for a reliable pest control provider since my last one permanently closed, who does comprehensive service inside and out. I finally found it with CPL. When I called first I think Chris answered and explained their service format both for the first time service and for follow up quarterly service, and I knew that my search finally ended. He was courteous, professional, on time, and very thorough in his work, spraying yard all the way out establishing a good perimeter of protection around the home. I contacted numerous providers before CPL and none offered the pest control service format that I wanted as a customer even if I was happy to pay a bit more for the service, some even going as far as to ask why I would need that (?!). I am very thankful I found CPL and I wish they continue to grow in the area, and keep up the excellent work!”

“Thank you, Christopher, for the exceptional service! We had early signs of a termite infestation and Chris came out and treated the affected areas in one day and they are completely gone. Today I had him come out again for an ant problem outside. Will be a life-long customer. Thank you. :)”
