“I’ve had a couple of issues in the beginning everything seem great since I’ve had your service I’ve had to call and request for ABC to come to fulfill the agreement we had customer service representative did apologize and schedule the appointment. The most recent issue was on July 1. I had a scheduled appointment at 11:45. I started getting text and calls from the Service tech at 10:20. He showed up at 11 o’clock for 1145 appointment I explained to him I’m in a text that my wife was gonna be there at 11:45 as we agreed however she was seven minutes late and he left seemed to me that he was impatient. Had other things to go do and today’s world seven minutes is not too late. Sign up early or not showing up seems to be a pretty consistent pattern ABC Pest Control has I have requested to cancel the service and they keep trying to refer me over to customer service to do that on July 2. I requested again for the service to be canceled the rep assured me they would send me an email to confirm that the service has been canceled and I have not received an email. They really have poor communication across their teams and service techs the field.”

“I called ABC because I had seen one too many spiders. Christian was our inspector and he was great. This was the initial first visit so he did inside, outside, garage, and the attic. We do not have an infestation, like we thought, but he did mention how they are probably getting in the house. My husband was there when he arrived and was very pleased that he would like Christian to be the inspector for future visits...he was very personable, explained the treatment, and showed him that we still had wasp nests..after hubby thought he knocked them all down.😊”

“They do good work. Problem is that they have no communication. They show up at my house with little or no notification. I just got a call from their office saying I had invoices over 120 days old. I have never received any invoices. She said she would email me the invoices immediately but 4 hours later I still haven't received any invoices. Also a tech named Chris came out to my house for regular bug inspection. He told us he has no knowledge of termites which is what we had called for to begin with. He proceeded to tell my wife that the termites have eaten all our wall studs. Which worried her for nothing. I will use them again. They took care of my problems but they have alot to fix within themselves.”

“DONT Trust this Company! They Charged money on my 82 year old mother's credit card without her knowledge and while she wasn't even home for services, She was in the hospital and Rehab not even home! “We just had the initial pest control service from ABC Pest Control. The person who provided the service was Nicholas. He did an excellent job explaining what will happen. He also talked about what each product used does and how it affects the pests. He brushed off the spider webs and Mud dauber‘s nests. After the job was done, he sent me the summary of the service. This included pictures, the breakdown of the products used, and an audio recording of him introducing himself. This is by far the best experience we’ve encountered when dealing with pest control. I highly recommend ABC Pest Control.”
