“I been using this company since 2017 and never had a issue until now. I always like to support a family business vs a corporate but unfortunately there are dishonest business out there and this is one of them I used them for 3 homes in last 9 years and when I bought my 3rd home I called and was told 1st visit is 195 however I mentioned I m a returning customer so agent told me since you returning customer we will so same rate as they always quarter service 95 bucks and I said yes and I also mentioned i want property line spray and clearly mentioned that you did my 1st property with land and this had land too but you deny i said that so they said we will charge 95 for that and 95 for for regular spray and Nick came out owner son and mentioned your property line spray we will do 125 and I said OK and when I check my credit card statement was charged 350 so when I called to inform them about the charge Mr Colburn answered and denied everything and instead accused me of putting him together if that was the case then why the hell he. Not mentioned immediately before doing service that we quoted you wrong price but instead he accused me of putting him together by lying and said we”

“It's only been a day since Colburn's came out and did a general pest treatment (so I am unable to speak on the longevity of it) but I am already thoroughly pleased. As a company, they have been easy to work with, quick to respond and punctual with their appointments. They are also very pet friendly. Nick was great. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and thorough. He was more than willing to explain all the whats, why's and how's. All around, he provided the most satisfactory and, I dare say, enjoyable service call I've ever had as a homeowner. My only complaint is that I wish they would list out prices on their website. I do also understand why most service providers don't list prices, I just really prefer to at least have a general idea of what to expect before I make somebody take a trip out. Randy’s brother passed away some years ago and Randy had to retire several years ago. We tried several other bug companies, and while they did ok, their folks didn’t impress me. “We have been on a quarterly schedule with Colburn's for 3 year and used to love them (the reason for 2 stars)! In recent times, however, we aren't being notified of our upcoming appointments until the day of the appointment and then they are showing up an hour before the scheduled time but because we work no one is there to let them in. Today I canceled my service because when I called to have a conversation with them about the changes and charge due to COVID, he practically belittled me and accused me of wanting a freebie. I do not expect to be treated that way as a customer anywhere and certainly not a loyal customer of 3 years.”

His goal was to get rid of the ground-nesting yellow jacket infestation outside my house.
