“Originally, I gave Green Team 5 stars. The service provided by Sam was in fact exceptional. He was very professional and knowledgeable, walked me and my wife through the process and was very respectful. I want to be clear that reducing the rating is not a reflection of the technician's services but is a reflection of the office staff, the ability to get ahold of anyone, and rescheduling or scheduling of services. I was informed, by the Greem Team, that pest control services would be provided once a quarter BUT if I needed additional services provided any time in-between, I could reach out and they would send someone out for free. To preface, I just moved into a home that was vacant for about 6 months. Pest were guaranteed to be in and around the home, and we knew that. After the first pest control service, we likely expected that wouldn't eliminate all the pest, but we gave it about a month to see what would happen. We were right, so after the month went by, I reached out twice to get someone back out here because we continued to have issues with spiders, ants, etc. The first inquiry, I got no response. The second time, however, I was told someone would call me that day to schedu”

“Very disappointed with my experience. The technician left the property without discussing any findings or next steps. Items around the home were moved and not put back, rocks were pushed all over the yard and not covered back up, leaving the property messy. To make matters worse, my card on file was charged without any invoice, explanation, or communication about what the charge was for. The following week, I called to follow up regarding both the unexpected charge and the service findings. I was told the technician would call me back the next business day. It has now been two days, and I still have not received a call. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and charging without explanation are unacceptable. I expected much better service.”
