Men in Black Pest Control

Men in Black Pest Control runs pest control work out of Pearland, Texas. Carl Ball leads the family and veteran owned company that has operated for over 15 years and serves the Clear Lake area. They handle residential jobs that target ants, cockroaches, mosquitoes, rodents, termites and stinging insects with treatments aimed at colonies and nests. Plans start at monthly rates and come with a 90 day guarantee on the work.

Homeowners bring them in for mosquito sprays that let families use backyards again, termite fixes that stop the damage, yellow jacket nest removals, wasp work around eaves and garages, and quarterly sprays that keep bugs off the property. Carl shows up, explains the steps, troubleshoots what is needed, and finishes so the issues stay under control. Reviewers note the same results after several years of regular visits and say the crew handles both simple and complex jobs without shortcuts.

The outfit answers calls quickly and often arrives the same day or within minutes when the problem is urgent. Communication stays direct, prices come in lower than chain outfits without any push for add ons, and the service reaches Seabrook and nearby spots. Carl and the rest of the crew stay on schedule, answer questions about the process, and adjust dates when needed without hassle.

Google reviews sit at 4.9 from 76 of them, with repeated notes on Carl's knowledge, the prompt arrivals, and lasting results on ants, termites, mosquitoes and wasps. DIRT Score 4.6 from 76 reviews on Finds.
