After discovering a significant Formosan termite infestation in my home, I received multiple inspections and quotes from several companies. Orkin stood out from the beginning because Alexandra took her time during the inspection, thoroughly documented the infestation, answered every question, and put together a detailed treatment plan. Today Randy and his crew completed the treatment, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They arrived on time, were professional, respectful of my home, and worked efficiently throughout the day. The crew spent 4-5 hours treating the property inside and out, explaining the process and making sure everything was done correctly. What really gave me confidence was how thorough they were.
