“At first I was very impressed by their service and I’m still hopeful they are an honest company, but I’m super disappointed in how the service has played out. I had them come to my home to close up any holes in my kitchen cabinets because I was finding mouse poop. They came and attempted to fill the holes but 2months later, I am still having the issue. I called and they said they could come out again and charge me to fix the issue. If you don’t do it right the first time, what makes me trust you to do it right the second?”

“I called to cancel service at my elderly parents home. At that time I was told my parents had one more service call coming up that had already been paid for and I was told there would not be anymore charges on their Visa. My brother coordinated the date for the tech to come out and treat the property one last time, he waited and the tech never showed. So we never had our last service treatment that was paid for AND we were charged again the following month when I was told my parents card would not be charged. I called and spoke to the manager/owner explained the situation and he said the tech was there and did the last service after I told him he never showed. He then said the GPS shows the tech there for 21 mins. I said well I can guarantee you the job didn't get done because my brother had already left after waiting so long for him PLUS there are locks on the gates to the property and there was no way the tech provided a service because he can't get on the property to do so. So he must have just sat in his car for 21 mins just to say he was there. Most importantly I have cameras on the property and I was never alerted me there was a car in front of the house or that he ever showe”
