“Make sure you realize you’re in an 18 month contract with this company when you sign up for services! Worst decision our family ever made- tried to make our life easier and have someone spray for bugs for us. They came out and did a horrible job! We have never had more ants than we do now. Probably due to the fact they came out and sprayed on a day when it was raining. We call and complain and they tell us spraying for bugs will cause more bugs to come at first…. Things to continue to get worse and we call to cancel and get charged a $250 cancellation fee for breaking our contract…why in the world does a pest company need an 18 month contact? I guess to cover up for their shoddy work and make our lives more difficult than before. BEWARE!”
