“Cameron did a great job! Treated my yard and had to come in as well as we had some ants popping up inside. He explained what he was putting down, why he thought it would work for our situation, how long we needed to avoid the area for safety reasons, and what the ant response would look like if everything was working as intended. Fantastic service, very knowledgeable and would recommend to anyone else!”

“I had a great experience with this pest control and mosquito service company. Scheduling was super quick and easy, and honestly the best part was that all I had to do was text. They did offer to call me, but I’m more of a text person, so I really appreciated how convenient they made the process. Everything took maybe 10 minutes total to get set up, and once that was done, they scheduled my service right away. Their communication was great from start to finish. I received both a call and a text, and when the technician Isaiah arrived, he explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated. He completed both the pest control and mosquito services, walked me through the process, and left clear instructions afterward. Isaiah had great customer service, was very professional, and not rude at all, which can be hard to find nowadays. Overall, it was a great experience. 10/10 recommend!”

“I am filing this complaint to warn other consumers about my experience with Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control. I have used Barefoot for annual termite inspections without issue. During one visit, mosquito control was offered, and a separate appointment was scheduled. The technician completed the treatment and then handed me a small iPad to acknowledge the service had been performed. At no time did he explain that I was entering into a 12-month contract, agreeing to recurring monthly charges, or accepting an 80% early termination fee. I believed I was simply acknowledging receipt of the service. Before the treatment, I explained that my property is surrounded by mature trees and dense landscaping. The technician assured me, "If any mosquito enters your yard, it will die." Unfortunately, there has been no noticeable reduction in mosquitoes. We still have to burn mosquito coils just to enjoy our backyard. When I called to cancel after the first treatment because it did not work as promised, I was told my account would be placed "on hold," but I would still be required to pay $107.17 per month for the remainder of the agreement or pay an early termination fee equal to 80% of the rema”

“Nick treated our back porch for the invasion of wasps we had. There were so many, we couldn’t use it without worry. Nick came back a second time because we had a problem inside our home for the first time. He was more than courteous and explained how he’d take care of the problem by spraying our baseboards and the perimeter of the house, as well as our garage. He was knowledgeable and so helpful and even offered to help us move the refrigerator back into place. His report was thorough and included photos of what he had done as previously explained to us. The next day I had a question about how the products he used work. I texted him and he got back to me and completely put my mind at ease. “If a company is going to trap new customers in a year long 'agreement' that requires an 80% payout to cancel, 2 things need to occur. 1. The service needs to be worth the cost. There has been no noticeable difference in the amount of mosquitos on our property. I guess the 5 minutes of spraying citronella around the house was no match for Texas pests. 2. The ridiculous terms need to be expressed to customers, especially new customers that have yet to find out how ineffective the service is.”
