In my experience, I had another company (one of the large pest control competitors) come out to my property and quoted me in excess of $30k for treatments I didn’t need. This competing company (not Bug Head) lied and said I had a rat infestation. They engaged in pushy business practices and didn’t provide tangible evidence to back up their claims. Bug Head was quick to set me straight! The next business day, I called them and they had their rodent specialist on site. “Doesn’t wear gloves while servicing, does not follow TDA protocols around storage of pesticides, uses products in the rain that are not rated for rain use. (Owner claims they are but products should not be applied within 24 hours after or before rainfall) TDA should have a joyride on this place!”
