“Critter stop nicely fixed our “rats in the attic “ problem a couple years ago. This year we had our roof replaced and the roofers disturbed much of the metal flashing that had been installed to block the rats. Critter stop came back out and fixed those rat blocks again , no charge, covered by their original warranty. A very good company to work with, always nice and efficient in their work.”

“I called and had to give a credit card with authorization for a $99 inspection, which I was happy to do as I was hearing noise in the upstair's outside wall. The inspector, Brant Hauser, gets here and won't inspect anything. He immediately starts giving me a lecture as to what has to be done to rid the house and all connecting townhomes of "roof rats". He wouldn't go in the attic to actually confirm that I had a roof rat in the wall. To me it sounded like it a bird was trapped in the wall. He says knows without having to do an actual inspection (which I paid for). To rid my townhouse and all others of roof rats would cost several thousand dollars a unit. He could have just called and told me that. So, do not call for an inspection because they won't do one and won't confirm what they speculate the problem to be. They want you to agree to pay several thousand dollars for roof rat treatment before they will even go on your roof or in your attic.”

“While Aaron was working, I was outside working in the yard and putting up Christmas lights. What a Pro! He was very organized, and went straight to work, meticulously fabricating and installing patches over all the voids in our roof where critters could get in. The patches he installed look and fit great, are heavy, and will last a long time. Adrian arrived later to help finish up and also did a great job on the areas he worked on. Our house is 25 years old. I should have had this done a long time ago. This crew has sealed up all the voids and gaps the builders leave that you may not notice until you hear critters in the attic. “I initially wrote a review with two stars. In the initial review I stated a good experience with the team that sealed off the access points for the rodents and install and removed traps. I had a bad experience with expectation of job length (plus getting true lead time from office)and the insulation blow in experience. The owner reached out to me immediately after the job and explained the lead time issue and helped on some clean up after the insulation blow in. If you go with this company I can attest they will stand by their product. It’s a tough job and they will work with you to make it right.”

“John came for the initial inspection of the problem and was friendly, professional, and explained the issues and problem areas. He was friendly and able to thoroughly explain the issues. Jacob and Kyle came for the exclusion and were very punctual and let me know they were on their way and very communicative throughout the whole process. They were very friendly and professional. Jacob returned for a follow up check and was very thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns (there were many!). No one ever wants a critter problem, but these guys have been great and I highly recommend for others in need of their services.”

“6 years into this home and it finally happened. Mice. Rats? Roof rats? Possum? No idea what “IT” was, I just knew I wanted “IT” gone. Called Critter Stop and they came same day to evaluate the problem, even willing to come after normal business hours just to help fast. We confirmed that the “ITS” (yes plural) had done some damage and they’d get me in quickly to solve the problem. In the mean time the inspector set up a few traps that night and by morning a few ITS were already taken care of. This morning bright and early Christian and Aaron showed up eager to start working. They were 2 of the most polite contractors I’ve had working on my property, and that alone was great. They sealed up all the possible entry points, crawling all over the roof, under beams, in the attic, and everywhere else to get the job done. 6 hours later they’re leaving, and I’m not sure they took a break the whole time. Anything I asked about was explained, any concern was met with answers - it went well. They came, worked, cleaned and left; exactly what you’d want from a contractor. But these 2 guys worked with integrity and honesty, even admitting to and doing everything possible to clean a small paint spi”
