Just honest, thoughtful service. He showed up two hours after our call (who does that anymore?!), took off his shoes without being asked (huge bonus points from my parents — Asian household!), and treated them with so much respect and care. When I called, Patrick picked up right away and happened to be 5 minutes away. He headed right over and to our relief, the issue was fire ants, not termites. “Bobby and Nick came to do the quarterly exterminating and were professional and personable. Bobby identified a bug I'd been seeing in the kitchen and treated the area for that specific bug. They did a thorough spraying of the exterior and interior and Nick advised he found no evidence of wasp nests or ants when treating the exterior. “Blackhawk came out promptly and the guys were nice and respectable. The reason for the low rating is because after almost 6 months of coming to our house we are still suffering from rodent issues. The sealed up the attic but we still have rats in our attic. I called and they come out and set more traps but are not sealing the points of entry or providing us with realistic steps forward. I have reached out to them via text and email and have not heard back. I am very disappointed.”
