“Tyler was on-time every time and always let us know when he was about a half hour from arrival. This was important so we could get our numerous dogs out of the treatment areas. He was very good with our pets btw. He worked quickly and efficiently yet took the time to answer numerous questions.”

“UPDATE: Just wanted to say that Bugco contacted me to make this right. They rescheduled and completed the service at a reduced price so I upgraded my rating. I called Bugco because they bought out Gillen who we had used previously and liked. The first time I called I was on hold for awhile, then got cut off. That happens so I called back. Waited a few minutes then used the option to get a call back, but I didn’t get a call. Called them back the next week (8/24) and was able to speak to someone. Made an appointment for Saturday (8/29) between 12 and 4. No one showed up or called. I thought maybe someone would contact me on Monday to explain and reschedule, but heard nothing even though they no-showed and I spent Saturday afternoon waiting for them. Pretty disappointing experience considering the great reviews they get.”

“We have been using BugCo for our quarterly pest treatments for over 8 years. We had our quarterly pest treatment on Thursday 3/5/26. BugCo technician Matthew Collazo did a great job, looking, finding, eliminating, and treating the pests. He was on-time, and is knowledgeable, considerate, and thoughtful. “Not bad services but also not very sensible with scheduling concerns. Make sure you check your email/spam because their text notifications aren’t meant as a reminder to schedule visits. It’s a “hey we’ll be at your house sometime in the next 2 weeks” and then they could be ringing your doorbell within the hour. I’m not sure if it’s intentional to discourage scheduling or just an oversight. The quarterly reminder to schedule could easily be sent via text also. If you’re comfortable with unscheduled visits, or them showing up when you’re not at home, then I’m sure it’ll be fine. No complaints with the actual pest control.”
