“Incredible service! Our technician (Shane) is always professional, punctual, and well-dressed. He provides affordable, VIP-level work and has honestly become like part of the family—even our dog gets excited when he visits. We highly recommend them and request Shane every single time.”

“I had an appointment scheduled with Gillen Pest Control today because the previous treatment they performed last month was not effective, and I continued to see earwigs in my home. I was told the technician would arrive between4:30 and 5 PM. However, I received a call from the technician asking if he could come earlier, and he arrived around 3:45 PM. As soon as I opened the front door, the technician walked directly into my home without greeting or identifying himself, and without confirming he was with Gillen Pest Control. He only had a flashlight and a set of keys, and no visible pest control equipment. Immediately after entering, he closed my front door and attempted to lock it from the inside. I was extremely frightened. I wasn’t sure who he was though he had a Gillen pest control truck parked in my drive way, so I unlocked the door and asked him to leave. He repeatedly insisted that I show him the areas needing inspection, but I asked him to step outside first. I am having issues with earwigs and that is something that I can’t show him as I am not collecting them in a container to show him the problem, but I expected the inspection to be conducted professionally. After he left”

Skip ahead over 3 decades, and my family's move into their service zone renewed the business relationship. Over the last two years, we have used Gillen for both roach and pest control that got out of our control briefly AND the scary matter of when a rat made a dramatic entrance to our kitchen. After all the years, I didn't even think about calling any company but Gillen. Excellence way back then and that culture of excellence is still very much alive. I MADE A MISTAKE when when doing a major summer cleaning job and gave a rate access to the house that had been blocked.
