“We set up a quarterly pest control and inspection service with A-Tex, this initial service was for treating the interior and exterior of the home along with eradicating wasp nests and assessing a potential entry to our home from the shed. After the service I was told by our tenants that they were very happy with his professionalism and application of treatments. Arthur was pleasant, thorough, and on time for the appointment - simple as that sounds, it is everything these days and the price for this package is far better than I was quoted from a few other places so an excellent value. If they're happy I am happy, thank you!”

“I had the dreaded German cockroaches in my kitchen and roaches are my phobia. This was not okay for me. I needed them to come out and retreat a couple of times in the winter, but I can confidently say I’ve been completely roach free since February after first noticing them in late November/ early December. My quarterly treatment guy is so nice. I’m annoyed I can’t reeves his name to recommend him, but I would trust that man with my life. He shows up on time, gives me time to lock up the dog, treats the whole house while I’m on zoom meetings, pays special attention to the kitchen to make sure nothing creeps up, and then quietly waves goodbye and locks up after himself. It’s fast and easy. I do a monthly payment and quarterly service. Average price for the service, but great quality and consistency.”

“Overall the company is good, however I have continually requested a text or call before they show up to ensure I'm home and can unlock the back gate. Several times in the past they show up and I'm not home. I am charged and they have only performed an exterior service instead of full home. EVEN when I emailed the company letting them know the date they chose does not work for me. I tried to cancel, was assured by the manager that I would receive updates on the day of the appointment so I could prepare. First service after I was promised I would no longer have communication issues, Tech shows up, no text or call beforehand. I was on a work call and could not excuse myself to get to the door. When I could I could check, he was in his vehicle (understandably, I didnt answer but I also did not get a call or text they were on their way or that they were at my house). Inside service was fair, did not open closests or cabinets to spray, not confident external service searched for wasps nests etc. I messaged after and was told they didnt see any.”
