“My technician Michael did an outstanding job, clearing out 3 wasp and hornet nests as well as lots of spiders/webs. He went above and beyond and I am very happy with my service.”

“I strongly advise anyone looking for pest control to look elsewhere. My experience with Alta Pest Control has been disappointing from the initial sales interaction through customer service. First, their sales tactics are extremely aggressive and pushy. You are locked into rigid, long-term contracts with zero flexibility if you only need a targeted or one-time service. If you try to get out of the contract early after realizing the service isn't working, they hit you with steep cancellation fees. Also, at our rental property our tenant says more than half of the time when they claim they've visited the tech doesn't even know on the door to treat inside. I'll be calling corporate to see how we can get out of this useless contract. To make matters worse, front desk and customer service support has been completely unhelpful. The representatives are dismissive and inflexible, hiding behind fine print rather than solving the problem. My husband says the person he works with is not very responsive or has much critical thinking skills. A reputable pest control company should earn your business through quality results and transparent service, not high-pressure sales and restrictive cont”

“Service Tech do an excellent job of keeping the bugs away. Will come back if you have a problem with bugs. Take time to answer any questions or concerns. The service tech are also knowledgeable and will give suggestions on controlling pests. All the service tech have been courteous.”

I’ve never had a complaint. The salesman who signed us up, the customer service reps and the technicians are all absolutely superb. The services work really well too. We have been dealing with a brown recluse problem since moving into our new house, as well as termites and mice. Alta has taken care of everything and we definitely notice a difference every time they come. When Emma notified me that we can renew our subscription, I had no hesitation whatsoever. I was honestly embarrassed and upset about the situation, and both of them were so patient and kind. They reassured me that this was not a reflection on the cleanliness of my home and explained how easily these problems can happen when rodents find an access point. Living across from a lake didn’t help the situation either! Their kindness and professionalism made an extremely stressful situation so much easier. Matt and Cody handled the attic portion of the remediation and exclusion work and were very clear about what was within their scope and what would be handled separately by the team responsible for interior repairs. “No respect for home owners no soliciting signs. I have TWO, one in my yard and one at my doorbell (that also says not to knock) and the sales guy still came to my door and knocked. I answered the door to let him know that he obliviously missed both of my signs. He apologized but then continued with his pitch! He asked if he could come back later and I told him no, we would look up the company if interested. HE CAME BACK a few hours later and knocked AGAIN! I answered via our ring doorbell and told him to stop knocking on my door as I had already asked him and we were not interested now. I have now ordered a THIRD no soliciting sign in hopes tunnel-visioned sales people will maybe see one of them. Maybe instead of investing in door-to-door salesmen that can’t read signs, pay for an ad on tv or Facebook or something. Because what you have now will lose more business faster than anything.”
