“Needed a weBoost installed. Audio Outlet responded quickly, got us in immediately and did an amazing job. So friendly and professional. When we picked the truck back up (took about 3 hours) we noticed a small issue. They took it right back in and within 15 mins the issue was resolved!! We tried to tip and they said no thank you, you don’t owe us anything more for doing our job. Mind you, the fix put them past closing time. This is our new go to place!!!”

“Brought my new Tundra in, to have speakers and amp installed, did it in 2 phases, first the speakers, then brought in my own sub, and they installed a 5 channel amp, and it sounds amazing, I'm really happy with the installation, and the sound. Absolutely perfect system for me, install was super professional, and they took their time to do it right, and walk me through tuning, and best practices... Who knows what I do next, but I absolutely recommend Audio Outlet for Stereo installs.”

“2-13-2025 I Was driving through San Marcos going to Austin in my new 2024 Dodge Durango that I had just picked up off the lot 2-10-2025 and was looking at places that offered window tint. This is when I came across Audio Outlet. I arrived not too long after they opened for the day and was greeted with kindness. Both individuals working that day were very open to earning my business. I was shown different tint options and educated on the advantages and disadvantages of the options. I ended up purchasing Ceramic tint 25% front, 5% rear and 5% brow on the windshield. They were able to get my vehicle in for install right then and there. I waited about 3-4 hours and my vehicle was completed. I was given instructions on how to care for my ceramic tint and educated on the curing period so that I would not mess up the tint. Overall I give this shop a 5 out of 5 stars. I will definitely be going back to them for any other services that they can help with before I reach out to other shops. Thank You for y’all’s excellent work.”

“I went later part of 2025 to have my 07 miata update with new sound system, sounds great and had good communications from staff and manager (least i believe was the manager). There were issues with the install, either door clips broken leading to a free hanging door card. clips were replaced, recently took door card off to refurbish them and all of the new clips installed were broken. I looked further and noticed instead of buying a proper mounting bracket for my tweaters, they instead used a perferated steel bar and drilled screws through the backhousing the of tweaters to mount the tweater to the door card ( very ghetto and improper). I wanted to leave 5 stars for communications and manager fixing the door clips but now after seeing their work i just can't go above a 3.”

“Referred to the San Marcos store by Corridor Window Tint in Buda. Worked with Dalton to install a Cerwin Vega 10” powered compact subwoofer and replace all factory 6.5” speakers with Kenwood Concert Series. Install in a 2021 Hyundai Palisade. They put sub in storage bin at the back and perfect fit. Estimated 3 hours and the spent 6.5 hours making it perfect. Still original bid charged. I am completely satisfied and have the best sound in the last 29 years. Excellent install of level control out of the way but within reach. All this and it was 104 degrees in their install bin. I really can’t say enough positive about the crew there. Honest, fair and dedicated.”

“They did a good job on my tint. However, they broke a couple trim pieces on my door panels. When I got there they told me they ordered the parts to fix it. I called every week to check in for a few weeks to see if they came. They had an issue with he post office on getting the parts. Eventually I gave up and ordered the parts on Amazon myself, and they came in within a few days. I would've rather have gotten a discount for the parts than have them order them. Instead I paid full price for the tint, and bought the parts myself to fix the parts that were broken during the tint installation.”

“Excellent Experience. I had to tow my car there for Smart Start Ignition services. This is usually an extremely stressful experience and the guys accommodated the special attention and ever helped me back up out of the parking lot moving their own vehicles. Genuine good dudes and efficient.”

I decided to use Audio Outlet since they have been in business for over 25 years and they were close to my house. I got excellent service ( Dalton ) and the prices were reasonable. “Highly recommend, you can make an appointment by phone and even bring in most of your own gear to have them install. I got sound deadening in my truck, and its very quiet in there now. Almost too quiet. I brought in a powered subwoofer I ordered online, and they were able to install and tune it very well. They did both in the same day. There are some very intelligent and skilled people that work here. Shoutout to E and D up front- thanks for keeping me entertained.”
