“No stars … unprofessional . We set up our payments … my husband did his paperwork … they said today the tech would call …. We waited 7 hours .. nothing . The answering service couldn’t get ahold of the tech or his manager . I left an email for the owner .. if we are trusting you after we did our part … please have the audacity to tell us if you are going to come out or not. I have never had any issues with any pest control before . This is the first time I felt like I could trust family owned … nope not again.”

“Had them for years. They are great. Monthly plan $50. Can come out to house up to twice a month without added fees/charges. Asked for PET-FRIENDLY pesticides ONLY, they have it. This is not a complaint -> Not the same person who comes out every time, so when they get there make sure you point out specific problem points you want covered or if you only want a specific spray, besides a usual spray coverage.”

“If I could give no stars I would. The first time we called them out was for ants. We have a brand new build and after a few months they were coming in through the walls/baseboards. Berrett came out and put this sticky stuff on my baseboards. Ants did eventually go away - plus I sprayed some stuff of my own… but it looks bad and It still won’t come off. Another time we were out of town and scheduled someone to come by the day we got home. We came home hours early and nobody ever showed up. We called. Nothing. No answers. Finally someone came out again a few weeks ago. Very rude. Walked around and sprayed in a few corners. I mentioned the ants in the backyard that were biting my dogs. He said as rude and said, “well that’s why I’m here isn’t it??” He did his thing and left. There have been no changes at all. There are still bugs (spiders, ants) inside and out. I’m going to buy my own stuff instead of paying a rude, unreliable company. My husband called to cancel them today. 😒 They must know they failed because they didn’t even offer to “make it right…””

“My initial session for General Pest extermination & Mosquito extermination was set, but I had to reschedule due to heavy rain the same morning. Spoke directly with my technician, Caine who guided me on the best resolution. “We had a raccoon breaking in at night which also led to a flea infestation. We had already tried other companies and they Would show up and leave a trap but never catch anything. I called Barrett. They came out the same week fixed where the raccoon was getting in at and caught him as well as removed him inside of a week. These guys are super professional, friendly, and just get the job done when others were failing to do so I highly recommend them Even if you’re not trying to remove a raccoon roommate.”

“DO NOT USE BERRET PEST CONTROL!! THEY ARE A SCAM!! They offer you all these discounts but yet do not provide great service. They would pull up to provide me with a service that do not take pride in. The pest problem i had never went away. There is no way the technician has provided great service when they are not even at your home for more than 5 min. I have a pretty decent yard. Then they expect you to pay. So again if you want great service for a decent price. Alta pest control is the way to go”
