“My mom passed back in December and wanted a picture printed out on a canvas material of her and I and without hesitation they were able to give me exactly what I needed and wanted GREAT group of guys and gals!”

“I have had a very bad experience with Executive Signs and some of their employees. The first guy I dealt with was impossible to get a hold of and after 3 months of waiting for some kind of progress I told him I did not want to do business with their company. The owner called me, we agreed on another contract and another amount, so I ended up doing business with them again. I made a deposit and then realized they charged me the original contract deposit price. I told them that was fine and that they could charge me the remainder of my balance when the job was completed. I thought for sure they would move a little faster in the process and I would be getting follow up phone calls or emails, but no, that never happened. During the remainder of the 2 months I was still emailing and asking "hey, where's my sign?" It took them 5 long months to get my sign put up. 5 months!!! Now that the job is done they sent me the original price of the invoice again, not the last one we agreed upon. Their lack of communication is very unprofessional. I have my own job to do and I feel like I am doing theirs too. I am so ready to be done with this headache!”

“Worst communication and business practices ever! They don't ever own up and there is not anyone that takes charge. They stare at each other and point fingers. This place might be good for big accounts but if you are a small business needing signs they don't have proper systems in place to make sure your requests get handled. They don't even follow up. This review is written after the third transaction I've done with them not the first. All three experiences have been terrible. You have to constantly follow up because they will not call you back and update you or even contact you about questions they were wondering about. They wait for you to call back as their reminders. “Would give a zero if i could. These people are completely unprofessional. Very bad experience. When i let them know it had been an unpleasant experience i was asked to get my sign elsewhere. DEFINITELY not a problem for me. After asking several times for a price and estimated delivery AND if they had rec’d my example image all i got was an email with a rendition of a sign ASKING if the sign was ok but STILL NO PRICE nor estimated delivery date! And then I was chastised for communicating with one of their employees that i had dealt with in the past and whom i was told over the phone that he did work there still and to email him with my request which is EXACTLY what i did. Bad business, Worst Customer Service! Executive Signs…..wow. Used to be a professional company. Not so much any more. Jacob may be the worst and Jeri right behind him, whoever they are. Really could not tell. They have NO business sense at all. Be SURE TO GET YOUR SIGNS ELSEWHERE!!!!”

“Perhaps this will change. I've called 3 times and still have no call back. I was told I could have a sign within 5 days or maybe sooner. It's nearly been a week now and still no email to pick a sign template. President of company has been the excuse but I couldn't imagine this is what they want.”
