“Ok....had a really bad raccoons problem. Contacted Critter Stop May 30, 2026. Sent a Critter Human Ross. Waited two days an trapped the Mom....not happy...Trapped 2 baby raccoons...not happy.... another Critter Human Ross stopped by. Crawled underneath my mobile home and verified two more very small baby raccoons....placed two more traps...underneath the kitchen area. Next morning, trapped two more baby raccoons.....very happy. The whole raccoon family trapped safely and relocated. Ross and David were great too work with and followed their instructions.....yahoo!!! Payment was straight forward and worth every penny. The entire staff worked with me with no problems. If any one has a critter problem....ask for Ross & David......home is clean and me and my boy can sleep through the NIGHT!!@ P.s. the other Critter Human was David......sorry fat fingers on key board”

“The company did a fantastic job on several occasions totally professional and showed up last minute to collect a bunch of skunks living under my house. Alex was spectacular at getting the skunks out without spraying and made sure they were taken care of. I can't tell you how much I appreciate his help with this because when a family of skunks moves in I knew it was going to be difficult getting them out. But they helped me the whole way through. “## Updated 8/7/26 The day after this review was posted (7/20) Kyle from Critter Stop contacted me and apologized for letting the electrical issue fall through the cracks. They had an electrician on site about a week later (7/28) and they took care of the problem. I bumped the review up to a 4 star review overall. Other than the communications problems it was overall a positive experience and – I feel like – a good value. As I said before the true test will come this winter when all the critters are looking to get back in out of the cold. I expect Critter Stop will stand behind their work. “Oklahoma City area - Adrian at Critter Stop is the best! Adrian is very knowledgeable about the “critters.” They have a free inspection and we took advantage of that offer. We are so glad we did. Adrian quickly assessed the situation and advised us that we probably had a racoon; possibly multiple raccoons. Cameras were setup and we saw that we did have two of them - a mama and a baby. We caught the baby the first night, and the second night, we caught the mama. Both of them were caught within 28 hours. The baby was quiet. The mama was very aggressive and we are grateful that Adrian was there to remove it. Critter Stop showed up when they said they would and they did what we hired them to do. They even relocated the critters to a safe, authorized, and approved area. They are the best. We would definitely hire them again if needed (hopefully we will not need to). Adrian was always professional and polite – providing stellar customer service. He was courteous, prompt, and always showed up when he said he would. “Such amazing customer service! Having 2 Raccoon families in our fireplace has been stressful to say the least, but Jordan and Jacob from the Georgetown team were nothing less than amazing! They were so kind and talked me through each step of the removal process and securing the fireplace so the eviction is final! I would 1,000 percent recommend the company (especially if you’re in the Georgetown area) and Jordan and Jacob made a customer for life! - but hoping we don’t need them in the future ;)”

“UPDATE: After posting the review below, Critter Stop reached out to me to apologize for the issues and acknowledged there was no excuse for what happened. They did make things right by sending someone out later in the week and offering a discount for the inconveniences, and I did appreciate them doing that to make up for the delays and frustration, so I've updated this review to reflect that. --------------------- I retained Critter Stop to remove a rat from my attic and as part of the process, to remove the existing insulation, make any needed repairs, and install new insulation. The services are not cheap. There was a significant delay in them scheduling the attic restoration piece because they said they did not have adequate trailers. They scheduled 2 days for the entire attic restoration and were unable to complete the work in the 2 days they allotted (May 13-14). They said they could not return to complete the work until June 1, meaning I had to cool my house with no insulation in my attic for nearly 3 weeks. As I write this review, it is almost 10:00am on June 1 and no one has arrived to complete the work, nor has anyone from Critter Stop contacted me to let me know whet”
