“I had a great experience with Fox Pest Control! Nico was really nice and friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. The technician who came out to service our home was also very friendly. He let us know when he arrived and explained what he was going to be doing. One thing I really like about this company is that they provide pictures of the work they completed. If you’re not home when they come out, you don’t have to wonder whether the service was actually done because they send you pictures showing the work they did. “Very disappointed — not what we agreed to We recently signed up with Fox Pest Control after their salesman, Joel, came to our home and went over the service plan with my husband. The agreement was to clean the spider webs, spray the foundation for pests, and treat the entire front and back yard with granules, including spraying our pavilion. When the technician arrived, I personally went over the service with him and confirmed what was supposed to be done. He told me he would clean the webs, spray the foundation, treat the entire yard with granules, and spray the pavilion. Unfortunately, that is not what happened. The technician went around the house clearing the webs, sprayed the foundation, and then used a handheld spreader to walk around the house. He only used one filled spreader and then left. The entire yard was not treated as we had agreed, and I am also fairly certain the pavilion was not sprayed. I noticed the difference immediately. When I walked into the garage, I could smell the product that had been sprayed around the foundation—it had a very strong odor. I just don’t want to feel like I’m having a stroke trying to read the report. He also uploaded a photo of I’m guessing is the trap but what am I comparing it to?
